This place definitely doesn’t care about their customers given their attitude. The employees that work there are so snotty and stuck up its sad to call this place a business. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to this salon

I was very disappointed with my experience at Diamond Nails. I booked an appointment a month in advance for myself and a friend to get mani-​pedis the day before her wedding. When we arrived, we still had to wait 20 minutes and none of the employees directed us on where to go, etc. my pedicurist ranted about her family the entire time she did my toes, to the point where my friend and I could barely have a conversation! She also cut my toenails at such a deep angle that my nails are severely ingrown a week later. The manicurist was kind and quieter. However, he did a sloppy job. 3 days later my gel mani was peeling off and about 1/​8″ of my nail was showing. I had to remove it after only a week. I was super disappointed considering the price I paid! I definitely won’t be back. I gave them 2 stars because it is a nice-​looking facility and we loved the massage chairs.

I was at my friend’s cabin and really wanted a mani-​pedi, so we drove into Duluth and searched the Internet for a nail salon. The older man who did my mani and pedi was distracted. He got up from his chair 2 – 3 times and when he would return he didn’t know what finger or toe he was on. He didn’t push back my cuticles. The gel mani is 3 days old now and looks like it was done at least a week ago, looks like my nails have a week’s growth because he did a poor prep job. My toes had polish on some of the cuticles and under my nail tip. I must say that the salon was very busy on a Saturday afternoon and they got me in without an appointment in less than ten minutes, but it wasn’t worth the money I spent.

I always go here to get my nails done. I always have a great experience. Since the remodel, it is always clean, well-​kept, and beautiful. My nails are always done beautifully and I find that normal polish will last for over a week and gel will last for a month plus. The service is always amazing and they always greet you with a smile. Definitely the best nail salon in Duluth, Minnesota.

this place is literally awesome! I just recently moved from California and all of the places out here suck and this one was incredible! They’re staff are very friendly they’re service is alright and prices are reasonable! my nails turned out to be even perfect than the picture I showed them! I highly recommend this place and I’m definitely coming back!

What an awesome experience! My nail technician, whose name is Loc, is fantastic!!! He filled my gel nails and gave me so many great tips for nail care and styles to try in the future. I highly recommend him! My husband waited in the massage chair while I had my nails done. So relaxing all around!

Salon manager did my full set of gel nails. I did tell him it was my first time getting a manicure. Yet he was very short with me and annoyed when I didn’t know what he wanted me to do. Would maybe return but request someone else. He tried to rip my hang nail off when I was not looking and when I did look down he was like oh you have a hang nail and THEN got out the clippers.
I am satisfied with how my nails work but the service I had was not great so I don’t know if I would recommend. Also he never pushed back my cuticles so I already have «regrowth» and they were done 2 days ago. Sloppy

Went here to get a full set of gel nails. Very friendly workers. Very strong smells, kind of difficult to sit through. Enjoyed being able to watch movies while getting nails done. Price was slight deceiving, they had a 35 $ price up on their board behind the desk for what i had done, but when finished it was 40 $. (no huge deal). Nails turned out really well though. Overall satisfied with salon, I would recommend to others. Went in to have my nails filled, that same night my nail tip got smudged and went in the next day and they took care of it. Apparently one of the employees did something wrong, but corrected the mistake for free. Very pleased with service.
