Disgusting, frozen peas, instant mashed potatoes, parts of my salad were frozen. Only thing good was it Reminded me of how I had to eat in college, frozen dinners. Makes me appreciate life now a little more, thanks for the reminder.

One word: Roaches. Yes, that’s plural. Went here for breakfast. Ordered a waffle knowing I would only eat half & take the rest to-go. We had finished our meal and were chatting when I saw a roach crawl up the wall. I can only imagine the look of horror on my face as I’m repeating«oh my God» over and over because of the pure shock of what I was witnessing mere inches from our plates. The waiter quickly came to our table, but the unwelcome guest flittered under the table. He made no apologies. No manager came to our table to apologize. We moved to another table to conclude our conversation. Leaving behind the now assumed contaminated half waffle, and keeping an eye out for the roach. When, out of the corner of my eye, I noticed a second roach close to the entrance of their kitchen. We had enough. We paid our bill. Yes, the bill should have been comped but I paid $ 15 to eat half a waffle with strawberries, OJ, and a side of roach!!? Because I’m too nice! Thankfully I was able warn away a couple as they pulled into the parking lot, so they did loose some income that day. If you see two(2) roaches in the front of the house, imagine how bad it must be in the kitchen!!? Nasty!!! I have a compromised immune system and I’m praying I don’t get sick! Their current health score: 92

Nice small neighborhood restaurant with no wait. Very attentive we placed out order within 5 – 7 minutes which is great. They have a kids menu and waiter brought crayons and coloring sheet for our godson without us asking which is great service. Food was out within 5 min fast very fast!!! Great amount for the $$. Food was great wish they had more locations close to me even though I can only eat like this once or twice a month. Great job

HOWDAREYOU! To the Cook who prepared my french toast today: How dare you prepare my delicate french toast on the same grill that you prepared a burger with onions. Did you really think that I wouldn’t notice the beef bits?. You didn’t even try to hide or camouflage your indiscretion, you proudly served me a mushy order of french toast with the essence of ground beef and onion. Thank you for ruining my lunch and my appetite! As a fellow cook, I will just give you a bit of free advice: If you are preparing lunch and breakfast at the same time,(as most diners do), you need to have a breakfast grill and a lunch grill going because those who are ordering breakfast expect to receive a clean tasting meal that is not tainted with unnecessary ingredients. If you are unable to have separate grills, you must at least have designated areas where lunch and breakfast items do not come into contact. French toast should never be rushed because it is soaked in liquid and must be cooked thoroughly or it will be mushy. My order today was obviously rushed not because I was impatient but because you were being careless. If you get overwhelmed and find you can’t properly prepare the order, ASKFORHELP! I would much rather wait an additional 10 minutes for a quality meal that I can actually eat than one that is simply inedible and destined for the trash bin.

It’s not fancy or complex, but then again it’s got ‘diner’ in the name. Nevertheless, this is a pretty solid choice for an easy and affordable meal. Don’t expect frills; expect hearty food. I particularly like the breakfast menu. The Duluth Diner special comes with a ridiculous amount of food! The pancakes are above average, but the biscuits are great! The bacon, the sausage, the eggs: it’s your standard big American breakfast, but it hasn’t disappointed me yet. To the contrary: I look forward to it from time to time. There’s a certain je né sais quoi to the experience. It’s a little cozy and a little casual, but it’s tasty. I wouldn’t go as far as to call it one of my favorites, but I happily return to the Duluth Diner every now and again. I would say more, but it’s a simple place that deserves a simple review. That’s not a bad thing though. I like the Duluth Diner; I just don’t love it.

Great spot for breakfast, fast service, reliable, always good. We always go here after all the other fancy pants places tell us we have to wait 30 + minutes(really? I do not think so). Duluth Diner gets me in, sits me down and serves me all the while I would have been standing outside in someone eles parking lot. People always friendly, efficient, and kitchen cranks out delicious dishes fast and consistently(plus you can order anything from Eggs to Pot Roast at any time of the day and it will be served).

Solid diner. We’ve been coming here for 5+ years and I don’t think we’ve ever had a bad meal here. We primarily go for breakfast/lunch on the weekends but have been for dinner once or twice. Some of my faves: corned beef hash + eggs(YUM!) chicken salad waist watchers banquet(hilarious name for a bunless burger, cottage cheese and fruit salad) grilled cheese(my standard diner order when I’m eating bread) stuffed grape leaves greek salad spanakopita moussaka gyro disco fries(when you’ve had one too many the night before and need help soaking it all up) The service is always quick and friendly, the food is tasty and it’s inexpensive. Our go-to breakfast place. Bonus: they just got some new booths to replace the old ripped ones.

Stopped by for a early dinner and looking for fresh food and light. Menu has every thing on it one could want with breakfast served all day. I decided on the chicken kabob with grilled vegetables. My side was a house made spanish chicken soup which was perfect. The dinner was served hot and fresh cooked perfectly with the vegetables charred just right. Service was friendly prices reasonable for the generous portions.

Grilled pork chops were great! Service is always top notch. Our waiter was Chris, trust me, you’ll remember him after meeting him once. Sounds like a old movie star… lol. He’s always on point. Never a complaint with this place. Ask for Chris.

So your stomach is growling in Gwinnett and everyone in your group is craving something different. The ‘I can eat breakfast anytime’ friend vs. The burger lover vs. Carb fanatics who want Italian and Greek influences. Moments that make solo dining seem even more attractive! Duluth Diner brings it home. Generous portions and satisfying flavors all around. My ‘diner breakfast special’ for under $ 10 was easily two meals in one with huge fluffy pancakes dusted with powdered sugar, lightly scrambled eggs as requested, crispy bacon, sausage, grits and toast. Add freshly squeezed OJ so you can claim fruit in your diet that day. Friends ordered eggplant parmigiana, salads, a patty melt and moussaka. Something for everyone. The service is friendly and the 80s tunes add to a laid back atmosphere — that’s how I like my eggs, while Livin’ on a Prayer.

This is a great breakfast spot if you are seeking a hearty breakfast at an affordable price without the crowds. They also make great sandwich melts and patty melts. Service is consistently friendly.

Very fast service, and very generous portions. The food was average, but not bad, just average. I had breakfast and my friends had lunch, which was convenient. Lots of bacon with my order and eggs cooked fresh to order. Staff was friendly but to check out, it took over 8 minutes.

I’ve been here many times and the food was good. Yesterday I ate here and unfortunately mom saw the cook picking his nose. Not once but twice. He didn’t walk away he stayed there and continued dealing with food. We reported him so I hope the situation was taking care of. Gross

We have been to this locally owned establishment two times. Once for breakfast and once for dinner. Both times we received exceptional service and good food. Duluth Diner delivers what they promise– diner food in a cozy diner booth. The menu is super kid friendly and the servers are always looking out for what the kids might need. Overall, this is a great local dinner. Just took off one star for inventiveness. While the menu is full of good standards, there were no unique specialties to try.

Great place. Seems to have loyal customers. Prices are fair and service was fast and polite. Seating is a bit cramped, but the place is small so it’s expected. My daughter had a waffle with fresh strawberries… it was light and fluffy not heavy. I had the gyro, it doesn’t come with fries, but honestly it was huge and I didn’t miss them at all.

Typical diner fare. Which basically means they have a little bit of everything. Duluth diner is smaller than some of the other area diners, but I think I like that. Had the grilled teriyaki chicken sandwich with fries and it was pretty good. Service was quick though my waitress was a little overbearing.

America diner done well. Easy access, plenty of parking and seating. Friendly wait staff — who could use a extra person or two during diner shift. We come here as our go-to place when we can’t all agree on something. There is something for everyone. And we have yet to have a meal that wasn’t tasty. My favorites are the Caribbean monte Cristo sandwich and the Chicken Duluth. Both scrumptious. Prices are great and since everyone can find what they want it’s nice place to bring family. They do breakfast well, seafood well, Greek well, and oh man does their bakery rock. They order their cakes from somewhere I believe. You must try the«million dollar cake» with a friend or 3. It’s huge, delicious chocolate overload and well priced. There is a white chocolate raspberry version as well. :)

EXCELLENT customer service and the food was good. Price friendly: my wife and I had a philly cheesesteak meal with fries, drink, breakfast plate with bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, toast and hashbrowns for $ 23. The speed of service was great also, as there wasn’t a ling long wait after we placed our order. The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive to us. This has been named to our budget friendly list of places to eat, and we will definitely be back. Can’t go wrong here; they have a very large selection of food from breakfast, lunch, dinner.
