I was first introduced to EMR by the Lexus dealership. Most recently I had a bad engine computer that if they still could make them would have been $ 2,500. My mechanic was at a lost. EMR fixed the old one with a 12 month warranty for $ 350. Cheaper than a used one and guaranteed to work.

I took a TranzIt Blue to them to have them install it. I was in a bit of a time crunch and they definitely took advantage of it. They didn’t plug the local antenna back into my radio and didn’t match the vents back up.
Of course since I wanted to use my new Bluetooth music stream, it was several days before I went to use «regular» radio. No dice.
And a few days later it got pretty hot in summer, they misaligned my vents when they put them back in.
Just last week, the tranzit system quit working. I had a reputable person look at it and they said they didn’t even use wire nuts or tape, it just took that long for normal vibrations to work the half twisted connections loose.
I would not only NOT recommend anyone go here, I don’t even bring it up when discussing it with people to avoid «any publicity is good publicity»

NO REFUNDS be aware they won’t tell you that tho until afterwards when you ask for a refund. I go ahead to get a headunit installed and they tell me something is wrong after i pay for it so i request a refund since its not working n they go n say we dont do refunds smh never again

Took my car here because I saw on the polk audio website that they are an authorized dealer. Being a polk fanatic, i Went over there, the guy really seemed to know everything about the product and was matched with a system installed for a really good price. Labor was fast and clean, will definitely be coming back
