My wife and I went in there and they were immediately able to see us for an eye exam. Their service was quick and friendly and they worked with us to get a good deal on the frames we wanted. I got a main pair and a pair of driving glasses for a great deal and can’t wait to pick them up.

The doctor was quick and knowledgable. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and found me several discounts. I called and got an appointment same day. They also fit in my husband as a walk in. They checked with me before each test, explained why it was important, and didn’t pressure me at all.
Also, I noticed a previous reviewer said she was ignored by a receptionist while the other was busy. One receptionist handles appointments while the other sells glasses. I can’t speak for her experience, but it sounds like she misunderstood the situation.

Let’s get this straight!!! My children and I have been coming to this location for years. And I never encountered such unprofessional, inhospitable attitudes up until this point.
Now! When I first walked in I was greeted with a DRY hello like… «OMG! Here comes another customer» This chick was tending to another customer at the time. But! Their was one more chick that never approached me nor greeted me all the 20 minutes I was purposely standing there. Looking at there minimal, out dated style supplies of frames.
So! After the one chick that was helping the already there customer finished up. She proceeded to go and talk to the other chick about what they wanted to eat. NEVER COMING TO ME TO ASK IF I NEEDED HELP!!! I MEAN, WTF!!! Needless to say I turned around and walked to the door. Then this chick had the nerve to say have a nice day. YOU KNOW I GAVE HER A B**** PLEASE LOOK.
I will call in the morning to complain about the lack of professionalism in this office now.

When it comes to getting eye glasses/​contacts, I equate it going to the dentist minus the physical pain. In the past getting eye exams and glasses/​contacts has always been a pain because it seemed the people behind the counter were only interested in separating you from much as your money as possible and/​or they were unprofessional. I have had so many bad experiences with eye glass places I usually opted to go without renewing my prescriptions as long as possible to avoid the inevitable hassle.
My current glasses prescription is two years old which I got for this place. I seem remember my experience here was good which is why I decided to return. I called them and asked them how long it would take for an exam and was told 20 minutes. I was asked if I wanted to make an appointment and to my surprise they were able to see me the same day.
I went in, and after filling out the usual paper work, I went back to see the doctor. It was a hassle free exam and he gave me a prescription for both contacts and eye glasses even though I was only planning to buy glasses. The doctor was very professional and seemed to enjoy his job and helping patients see better. He was quite friendly and engaging. The staff was professional as well and the lady who helped me pick out glasses did not force me to purchase anything I did not want and laid out the cost of everything and let me make the decision on my purchase. With my insurance and the store’s great prices, I got a quality pair of glasses with a protection plan (which I wanted) for much less then what I would have paid at other places.
I arrived at the store at noon, and was out by 12:45, with most of the time being me trying to find the right frame.
For the convenience factor, and their good prices I find this location a very good place to come for glass/​contacts. Unlike another popular eye place in this area, For Eyes explains all the charges and don’t try to force you to get things you don’t want. No bait and switch here!

Even with an appointment, I ended up waiting about 30 minutes. But the dr was incredible! She was very friendly and explained things very well. The front desk was friendly as well! After being misdiagnosed for my eyes and having a bad experience from another eye clinic (Gwinnett Eye Clinic in Duluth is horrible, unfriendly, and are liars!!), I will continue going here and will definitely recommend this place to others!
