Terrible, run away from this team as fast as you can! They do not work for their money. Where do I start… They wanted to sell our house fast and wanted to ask $ 20k under what it got appraised for. UNBELIEVABLE! They lied completely at the beginning, they said that if we sell and buy a home through them they would give us a deal… NO DEAL was given, absolutely nothing! I had to set up all the viewings in the house that I was selling, talk to the realtors that represented the buyers for the house I was selling and answer question that they had (not my job). I had to ask the Jarvis Team to send me a list of houses for sale numerous times and they would MAYBE get back to me a few days later. We eventually just set up our own account on «real​tor​.com» because they were not dependable.
When selling our house Joshua would tell me to just do everything the buyer wants and told me, «how bad do you want to sell your house». The day of closing for the house we sold Joshua calls me and tells me that no one will show up to represent us, WOW!!! I had to call back and basically beg for someone to show up. Joshua did show up and everyone could tell he did not want to be there. (How does he have a job treating people like this???)
Then when we were buying our new house they told me the same thing, «how bad do you want to buy this house». They did not want to fight for us at all on either side!!! When looking to buy a house Diane would make me feel bad or stupid to even think of asking under the «asking price» and how dare we even think about asking for the sellers to do anything after the inspection. They left a family of 6 homeless for a full week (when the team assured us they would make sure that didn’t happen for more than a couple days at most) and had to move twice (double moving expense) at our own expense.
To be fair I never met the new agent and I worked with Stuart one time and to be honest if Joshua and Diane would take notes from him and work even half as good as Stuart does they would have a great team. Do not work with Joshua and Diane… horrible is an understatement. It’s funny how they say they believe in God so much when they are wolves in sheep clothing.

I’ve recently had the good fortune of working with Joshua as a service provider in two separate real estate transactions. He really took care of his clients. In one instance, it was for a young couple buying their first home and in the second instance, a seasoned couple relocating to the area from out of state. He really communicates well with everyone and manages every aspect of the transaction. He helps clients achieve their objectives, whether buying or selling real estate properties.
