This location gets one star only because ½ is not possible. Service was extremely slow and the order was not filled correctly. It took several attempts to finally get everything right. The only positive comment that can be made about the service is they were not outright rude.
One of the principal advantages of frequenting a franchise fast food restaurant is the prospect of consistency in quality of food and service. I can only hope my experience today is the exception. Nevertheless, I will never return to this location.

Thanks to the mang at kfc on duluth hwy across from gwinnett med cntr for great customer service. I dont know his name but he’s African American with nice white teeth. And I didn’t even know that he gave me a cookie, I did know about the free drink he offered me that I canceled. I was using a coupon that’s really the only reason I go to kfc but he was personable and had a good attitude even though I canceled the drink he gave it to me anyway. Wish all my consumer transactions went this way (occurred 8/14/15)…I give him 4 stars.

Let me start off by saying Kentucky fried chicken act like the Colonel himself is cooking the chicken. Why in the world is this chicken soo high. And not to mention it’s not as good as it used to be. The chicken is smaller and batter and grease taste like its old. No matter what location i go to, it’s the same.
I’m not a chicken eater at all. The only reason i cone is because of mu great aunt. That’s what she eats. If it wasn’t for her the Colonel would not see me.

Went for dinner. Foods were good but the service was terrible!
The service was very slow, and there were a few things missing from my order. While i was there, i saw a few people who used drive-​thru window coming inside to complain about the missing items, too.
One lady ignored me completely when I asked her about my order. When I got her attention after raising my voice, she was very rude.
I love KFC but I will not go back to this particular location again.

Chicken was hard and cold. The lady in front kind of toss it at me. I wont be coming back again. The food at kfc uses lots of msg and it uses really bad oil to fried. I am also wondering if it is clean since it it so sticky when i walked in last time

Had a late hunger for some KFC. Shower up with the wife to get her a two piece and slaw. The manager was friendly and informed us he was low on fresh chicken. He was honest so we took what he had available. The chicken was pretty damn good and fresh. Late night hunger gone!

Not bad is the expression that sums up my feeling for this KFC aka Kentucky Fried Chicken. I have been a fan of the colonels recipe for quite some time so my conscience will not allow me to give anything less than a 3 star «A-​OK» review.
The food is good, the service is ok, and the drive thru is convenient. The value could be better but overall can’t complain much. KFC original recipe is still one of the best Fried chicken recipes in the world but lately it is becoming a bit too greasy for my tastes. Maybe it’s because I’m getting a little older?
I do like their chicken pot pie but the meal should have more than just a drink and pot pie imho. Overall though, KFC this location is a 3 star in my book.
