Kids R Kids of Duluth-Suwanee

This place is truly unfit. relocating from NY/​NJ we trusted in Kids R Kids to provide the best education for our toddler. well was I wrong! first of all the assistant Manager seemed to be high during the enrollment process in which I had to answer all the questions she was suppose to provide for us. Then my 2 year old was placed in a 3 year old class because she was 2 ½ they were «transitioning» yes that’s fair only if the child had been there at the school previously. The first day my daughter came home with a deep scratch on her neck. no one knew what happened. No «boo boo» report was filed. then on the 2^nd day my daughter had a scratch on her nose. again, no incident report filed. to make matters worse, not only did my daughter had a terrible time adjusting, the teacher left my daughter to cry for 25 MINUTES! before she even acknowledge my daughter. Mind you, her assistant was in the classroom. My money was reimbursed and I immediately took my daughter out of the school. the non sense they have going on at the school is not only disgusting, it’s inappropriate! and they have cameras in the school… except at the playground, which seems to be the place where all the issues seem to occur. I do not recommend this school to any parent for their kids! you have to be able to trust the environment your child is in, and this is certainly no place for any child!
I’m sorry I even trusted this place.

I have no idea what the other person reviewing on this page is talking about. Check out this location on Google reviews — so far, they have almost 30 reviews on Google with an average 4.4 stars out of 5. Honestly, that’s much more reliable than whoever Maria M. is here below
My daughter is at this daycare, and I fully believe now that not all Kids R Kids are the same. So, maybe Maria M. is confused with another locations because some Kids R Kids locations are not good. Right when you enter this location you can immediately tell the staff really and truly care about kids, and they are well-​trained, organized, and have a strong team work environment. Everyone pitches in, and there’s very good coverage in each age group. My 12 month old daughter is transitioning and having a really tough time, and they give her the attention and care that she needs to make it through this transition. They take incredible care of her, and respect our wishes to give her a vegetarian menu (FYI this location has a vegetarian option for ever snack and meal of the day). My wife is a true «granola» mom, and they treat her with kindness and respect every time we go there. It’s also such a relief to drop my daughter off, feel the tug and pain in my heart when she bursts into tears, then walk to the front lobby and watch her tears go away almost within less than a minute as the daycare worker holds her, hugs her, and assures her that everything’s okay.
This place is AWESOME!!!
