Check your order when you use the drive thru. I can’t figure out how you screw up a Bacon Ranch salad Went through tonight and got home with a salad with fried chicken not grilled and it had beans and corn some kind of chips and no ranch dressing What’s that about guess the employees don’t know what the salads look like and apparently don’t care

I went inside to order two cones — my wife waited in the car. I gave the clerk $ 3, got my cones: I’m sorry, I don’t have enough change. I asked her to cancel the sale and I would pay with plastic.
The manager said there are NO REFUNDS and refused to straighten it out. After her stalling to get me to leave without my change, I called 911.
After the officer arrived, she opened a new register which MIRACULOUSLY now had change, gave it to me along with two new cones. Then she added more insult by «sweetly» thanking me for coming and said to come back soon.
I won’t and neither should you.

Staff act as if they don’t wanna work here. If your food is wrong (their fault) they get mad and slam food in trash. No courtesy, Only one friendly person at this location and I saw her once.
