This is my favorite salon. The girls are so fun and very talented at nail art. I always get a design on my pedicures and they never fail. I’ve gotten a bad French gel mani here, but I’m very picky (only 2 gel manis in my life have I liked). But for pedicures, this is the place to go.

I’ve been a customer of this salon for several months now. I went initially because of a promotion, and now I stay because of the great work and the pleasant technicians. I appreciate that they take appointments and honor those appointments so that you are not waiting while they service walk-ins. Happy in Duluth.

I have gone here a couple of times for pedicures — they’re ok can’t complain. However, the people that work there act like they have much better things to do (although I don’t blame them) BUT today’s experience was horrible from a customer service aspect. They say «walk-ins welcome» but that is crap — call before or get turned away! I have never in my life experienced this at any nail shop. The girl told me she had an appointment in 20 minutes (!) and wouldn’t even start my pedicure. Then I explained that I had a gift certificate but no longer live in the area, could I get a refund, the answer was no. Ummm ok, what am I supposed to do, drive over 30 minutes just to get turned away again? No thanks! With plenty of other nail salons to go to, why would I recommend this place?
