We’ve been to 2 birthday parties here in the last 3 weeks — one was UNPLANNED because another venue totally dropped the ball and the parents had to scramble to find a new venue immediately. Andrew and his staff handled the new business as if they’d been expecting the party the whole time. Pizza delivery was too slow but that’s on Marco’s — not Monkey Joe’s. The times we’ve been here, it’s always seemed more calm and clean than Catch Air on 120, and there are more things for little kids to do as well as bigger kids. I rode down one of the slides with my 19 month old to help her feel comfortable, which isn’t usually allowed but is required for this mama to help my kids feel comfortable and have fun. Keep up the good work Andrew!

Great place to bring children and be comfortable while they’re jumping for joy and recreation on the inflatables!

Dangerous! Fans for bounce houses are not covered or behind barriers. Toddlers could potentially stick their hands inside and get injured. Electrical outlets have not been child proofed. Older kids like to climb on top of the bounce houses and jump down, while smaller toddlers are playing inside. None of the staff does anything about it. There is way too much stuff crammed into a small place that you have to follow your child around to be able to see them. Not safe for toddlers!

Completely slammed when we got here. Decided to take the kids to burn off some energy. Place was a complete zoo, and we were informed we only had an hour to play, but charged full price. Bummer. Lots of slides and bouncy houses here, plus plenty of rooms for birthday parties and also some arcade machines. Weirdly enough, they have some Lifecycles there too. i guess the adults can get their workout on too! The facility seems decently clean with limited seating for adults. They serve food and drink, but I just don’t think anything sounds appetizing here. The noise is incredible, so if you are prone to migraines, please avoid! I guess it’s an okay place for kids when the weather is cold, but definitely not a place I’d gravitate to.

This is a clean and fun experience. Kids who are 18 months and under get in for free. We played for free. My daughter loved it and I like that they have comfy couches, chairs, and even lifecycles for adults. The location is are hard to find though and they shouks have signs around the building. They are behind the strip mall with Publix. Go behind the strip mall on the right side and it is there. The 3 and under room is limited as compared with Kids Up Suwanee, but it is a fun little area. They have specific bouncy houses that are geared towards the 4 and under crowd. I will return and bring folks with me.

Second time coming to this Monkey Joes, but have been to several locations. Always a good way for the kids to burn off steam. I did a birthday party at Monkey Joes a few years back and had a great experience, cost wasn’t bad compared to other places. They updated some of the bounce houses since the last time I came so that’s a plus. I do enjoy the leather couches and seats to lounge. Food pricing isn’t too bad, even though we rarely eat anything. This facility is fairly clean and the bounce houses are in decent shape. For the price, ~$ 19 for both kids, it’s not too bad for them to have as much time as possible to play(they’re typically worn out after an hour). Kind of wish they had adult beverages but I guess that’s not PC. Id recommend Monkey Joes to anybody but it’s about par for birthday parties these days. Nothing insanely spectacular about any of them. I give them three stars bc I’ll frequent here often. However, a playground is just as nice for the kids. My one qualm on my last visit is that they didn’t even check wristbands when we left. Actually, nobody was at the front. If you go, keep a good eye out for your children.

Today was my son’s birthday party at Monkey Joes Johns Creek. My husband got there before us to check in our party in and receive our guests as they arrived. After I got there and checked in our children, I had a few questions, and needless to say, our party coordinator looked less than pleased to be with us. She was completely expressionless, and multiple times during our party she looked irritated and on the verge of ‘rolling her eyes’ when I had to speak with her. That alone ruined the birthday, but it doesn’t stop there… Every time I asked her a question, the answer was«I don’t know». If she doesn’t know the answer, then she needs to go find out. But she would literally say«I don’t know», and then just stare blankly. When we asked to speak with the manager, he was very rude at first. He said all of my questions were sent in the email and if I would have answered his phone call, I could have asked him then. Okay… A) I did NOT receive an email. Not a single one! B) He called me twice and only left a message once. I only knew who was calling once I got the voicemail, and after I heard he had called, I called him back and left a message for him to call me back. He had a day to call me back before my party and never did! But when I told him these two things, he literally looked at me and said«we sent the email, and I couldn’t get a hold of you». Basically implying I’m either lying or incompetent… both of which I found SO offensive I was about to start a boycott with my party right then and there. The rest of the party went on, uncomfortably, with our party host acting extremely irritated. At one point I had a question about pricing, my party host again said«I don’t know» and just stared at me. So I walk away to ask another staff member, he also says he doesn’t know and tells me that’s a question for the manager. So I asked to speak with the manager(who was pouring drinks behind the counter) but the staff member said«I’m sorry, we’re very busy now, you’re going to have to get in line” — meanwhile my party is sitting in the room waiting for drinks, which was part of the question I was needing to ask about. Clearly seeing how displeased we were, when our check came, the manager took off the charges of all the drinks(totaling $ 20) and told me he felt bad because he felt he brushed us off, which was true… he did. And though I appreciated the gesture greatly, it in NO way makes up for the AWFUL experience entirely. I was in awe the whole time at how awful the party was. I have never in my life experienced something like this! I cannot stress it enough! Save yourself money, time and the rise in blood pressure and go somewhere else… ANYWHEREELSE!

Thank you Monkey Joe’s for a wonderful experience! MJ’s was just the right place for my son’s 4-year old birthday party. The staff was prepared for us and created a fun time for all. From the moment we were greeted at the door, the staff was pleasant and helpful every step of the way. The children had a blast playing, and the parents did not have to worry about cleaning up. The staff helped setup, serve, and cleanup. Prices were quite reasonable too. I will be back. Thanks again!

Some of the rides for smaller kids are not in service. Others take quarters only(after you are encouraged to buy tokens). Our 17 month old daughter had a great time, but the new parent feelings prevented us from throwing her in the moon walk with a bunch of older kids. We visited during someone’s birthday party, and it was a little crazy. We may try going again when there are less people there. Probably good for older kids, but we were having a hard time finding games that our daughter could play as the only ones in her age group were the ones that were out of service. I would love to see the equipment fixed, and the prizes a little more kid friendly(most of what she could redeem her tickets for was a choking hazard). The staff was very friendly and attentive.

I received an email from monkey joes with an invintation to the Easter egg hunt! So, I figured that I will surprise my daughter with an outing:). We showed up @3:30, exactly as was stated on the invintation! Upon entering I was informed that not only have they postponed it to after 4, but also they were charging full admission! Y daughter was extremely disappointed, because we had another engagement at that time! Below is the copy of the invintation, Please judge for yourself:) Problem viewing? Click here.

What a horrible place. 1) I went 30 min before closing and they still charge me full price. Staffs are not. Good. 2) went one time w a groupon coupon. They said you can’t use it bc of black out date. 90% of the air blow ups losing air big time and old. Total waist of money. Never again to that place.
