Paper Capers

Hired for our daughter’s wedding. Very disappointed. Is under staffed and unable to complete the job you agree to. There are too many items that were left undone for me to list. She left the bridal table totally empty and the backdrop behind the bride and groom undone! The tent for the food was left totally empty, none of the candle center pieces were done and on and on! She has no remorse for ruining the wedding day and after numerous tries, will not communicate with me to talk about a refund due for all that was left undone and was paid for. She lures you in by undercutting the other decorators in town, but you get what you pay for. an incomplete job! Please do not use this business or you will be very disappointed you did! It has been 4 months trying to resolve this and I am now forced to file a small claims case to settle this.
