Website says «24 hour emergency service» but when I called, I was greeted by an angry man, when I asked if this was indeed Perez tree service, he said it was. He was very rude and said «do you know the time it is?» Yes In fact I did, the website said 24 hour service. Shame for him, he missed out on an easy call.

This son of a bitch hung up on my call after breaking appointments several times. This fucking idiot has no single knowledge how to run the business. DO NOT EVER ask this fucking shit to trim your trees. This fucker will never keep the promise.
Mark my words Perez — customer satisfaction and keeping promises are the most important key for the success in business. This is your lesson for today.

I had their service for cutting down 6 pine trees, 4 of these are dead and one is very tall (around 50−60ft). They came quickly and gave a very competitive quote compare to 3 other companies I got quotes from. They got everything done within a day, and remove all the trees off the property. Quick and affordable.
Only problem is they seems to not keep a good track of their customer, I called and they don’t seems to remember that we had an appointment since last week. So they had to reschedule to the next day. Also they never informed me that there is a fee if you want to pay with card, I ended up has to run up to the property and wait for them to hand them the check. Aside from these minor problems, I still would recommend this company.

We hired Perez Tree to remove two large dead trees from our new property and they did a fantastic job. We worried that their machines would tear up our yard, but we honestly couldn’t even find any tracks after the job was done.
The cost for both trees was $ 1000 with stump grinding on both. We have 4 – 5 more stumps we will call them to grind soon because we were that impressed with their work.
