My experience at the Prescott has not been a pleasant one. Customer service in the leasing office is pretty well much non-existent. When I first moved to the property I lived in a one bedroom and I was pregnant upon my lease renewal and was advised that my rate would increase $ 175. At the time I could not move and financially could not afford to. I was advised at that this rate could not be changed. I had to go as high as the VP of the region to get a the $ 175 increase down to only $ 75. When the baby arrived I needed more space and decided to do a transfer into two bedroom versus breaking my lease. Recently I have received another renewal increase of $ 190 extra a month. The increase in non-negotiable. Another situation that I did not agree with was around 4th of July my family and I went on vacation. The leasing office only accepts payments online. I did not have internet access at the time and paid my rent just after midnight. I got hit with $ 175 worth of late fees. Although I have been a resident of two years and never been late on my rent before, no exceptions were made. As far as the building structure the walls are very thin. I live on the very top floor and can hear my neighbors beside me and even below me laugh to even make love. In life things will happen but dont expect management to work with you or help you when they do. They stick to the ‘policy’ no exceptions to the rules. You may get a great deal when you move in but if you dont want to move every year and want to be in a community a while this is not the place for you. Look around, with rates like these you can rent a beautiful home or town home without all the trouble.

I have lived here for three years and have found it to be one of the best run complexes in the Atlanta area. Unfortunately I need to move due to a job otherwise I would absolutely be renewing my lease again. Maintenance — completely and totally excellent. They are quick, they know what they’re doing and they go the extra mile regardless of the time of day to make sure the job is done right. Utility services — Charter is the only one you can really get but the service for both TV and internet has been extremely stable. The electric bills can get high in the summer if you run the A/C but if you’re on a ground floor apartment I found that you rarely need to run the A/C or the heat. Management office — spectacular people there and always have been for the entire time I’ve been here. They are super friendly and very helpful. The neighborhood is very well maintained and as for noise, I rarely hear anyone in the hallways, outside or anywhere in the apartments surrounding mine. There are kids in the complex that make some noise but nothing out of the ordinary or to the point of obnoxious. The apartment interiors are very nice(love the upgraded apartment a lot) and very spacious. I have had very little pest control issues and rarely have to get my apartment sprayed. The only downside I’ve found so far is the actual location of the complex as it’s near the mall and on top of 85 which means traffic can be a bit congested.

Been staying here for over a year now. its a good apt complex placed right in the center of pleasant hill close to almost everything… The rates may be a bit pricey depending on the time of the year you come in. Nov to Feb are kind of the best times to move in to get the low rates. Maintenance staff is prompt and quick. gets things taken care of quickly… Front office staff if also good. They have an online billing mechanism. They offer the cable service from Charter by default with the rent. whether you have a tv or not. its about 40 $. Because of that you cannot get the deals which Charter offers to other customers. or choice of any other cable provider. Place is very well maintained with good gardens, and dog play areas, tennis courts, swings by the pond. quite a few ducks and ducklings around the lake so you have to watch your step. couple of barbecue locations… Has a free car wash center…:-)
