Proctor Square Apartments

I don’t even want to give this place one star. This place just like Damon S. said is infested with bed bugs, cockroaches, and millipedes. I never inquired about pest control because I can never get management on the phone. The lady that works in the office seems like the nicest lady when you are working on moving in, but turns evil when you are officially moved in. She comes into the apartments after knocking just once. And she says she has to perform mandatory check ups on vents, water, ect. but when she came to check for a random mandatory water check she didn’t even look in the bathroom or the kitchen. No matter how hard you try you can not get rid of the roaches. Its like they have taken over the entire complex. The only good thing about this place is the neighbors. All of the people that live here are very nice and friendly. Stay Away from Proctor Square Apartments and Stay Away from Anna.
