Coming from Chicago, I’ve always been accustomed to the BPs and the Shell gas stations of the world. I’m used to being greeted but I have absolutely no expectations beyond just that. This all changed when I first visited this particular QT location. Immediately when I walk in, I am greeted with not only a «Hello!» but a «Hello, welcome to Quick Trip.» Goodness, I was in shock. I’ve never been welcomed to any gas station in a manner that the staff here and at most other QT locations are trained to practice with all of their customers. The staff is exceedingly efficient and I actually look forward to visiting the gas station just for the warm welcome! HA. Gas is always overpriced in my book so anytime someone is willing to welcome me and thank me with a smile, I’m sold and will return!
I once asked one of the QT staff members if they are trained to greet with such enthusiasm and are encouraged to be consistent in how they address incoming customers. His response was, «Yes, it’s part of the company mission.» I was pleased to hear it. The rest of the foodmart area of this gas station is well maintained and clean. I’m a big fan of purchasing cheesesticks at any gas station and QT always sells them fresh and up to date ;)
Overall, I’m a fan of this particular location and frequent them at least once a week.

This is a great QT! Great gas prices, huge selection of snacks and drinks and a quick and friendly check out.
