IF I could give this dealership negative 100 I would. Firstly, the customer service was horrendous from the moment I walked through the door. They tried to take advantage of my fiancé by sending her pictures of one car then it being a completely different car when she arrived, after she drove from McDonough to see the vehicle in Atlanta traffic. The car she test drove was a piece of crap that hadn’t even been through any inspections. The car was filthy and they had an appointment for her to drive the car since that morning. Why wouldn’t they have it prepped to sell? We then asked about the other car the sales rep originally sent and they said they could get the payments in the same range. We test drove the car, went over numbers, checked credit and AGREED and SIGNED on numbers for the car. The Sales Manager, Jahlell T Owens, assured me that they could get us through and gave us numbers and agreed on a deal. JT was a good guy and left us feeling great. Unfortunately he had to leave. Then waited over 3 hours to speak with someone in finance. We were literally walking around waiting on someone to come and speak with us. The General Sales Manager Chris Smith really displayed what customer service doesn’t look like. He sat there at a computer all day watching us, literally dozing off, and didnt check on us or offer us any water or anything. The sales rep then took us to a member of finance that was a different person we had agreed on speaking with. Big Mistake. After we sat down, the Finance member Dale Owens immediately came back with COMPLETELY different numbers than we spoke about. Dale seemed uninterested in us and ready to go home and didnt even stand up or look at me when we shook hands. Level 1 Customer service techniques that makes it seem like they want to honor our business. The numbers were over 100 dollars a month more. They really tried to take advantage of us because we were younger. They had no clue. We had already waited 4 hours to speak with someone for them to take 10 minutes to say they cant do anything unless we put way more money down. My girlfriend has great credit and they werent even trying to make the deal work unless we threw more money into it. Things literally went left when Dale called Chris when I brought up the numbers from before and said that we agreed on numbers, already with Two other people one sales manager and another Manager named RL. Chris then came back and tried to belittle my fiancé and the deal. He started telling my fiancé, «why dont you look at stuff you can afford for a change.» He was rude, a jerk, arrogant and literally despicable and one of the most unbecoming people I have had the chance to encounter in customer service. He then proceeded to tell my girlfriend how the busted car was more for her since she didnt have money for the other one. My father who overheard the conversation then got involved and said, «wait a minute, I thought we all agreed on a deal?» Chris Smith then said, «we did have a deal but the girl cant afford it!» He proceeded to have a verbal dispute with a customer and walked away from us saying leave. We buy cars all the time and refer hundreds of people being that my father is in the car industry. I have never been apart of something so unbecoming. Please do not go to this car lot unless you want to deal with people who belittle your family, fiancé, people who shouldn’t wear a management title, display unprofessionalism, treat their employees like they were nothing, display horrendous customer service (In which they advertise they care about the customers) and bamboozle you by sending pictures of cars that are different than the one you drove an hour and 20 minutes in Atlanta Traffic to see, and sell you a dollar and a dream on numbers and try the bait and switch. If that’s what you like, go there. I bought a car at Hennessy Ford in Atlanta and Mazda mall of GA in the past two weeks and LOVED EVERY SINGLE MOMENT OF IT. Go there instead. I’ll refer you and they’ll be honored to have your business.

First time there and the last !! An 8:00 appointment for an oil change and two door handle caps to be changed. I arrived at 7:30. The air filter also needed to be changed that I was told and I was ok with it. At 10:40 I finally walked out with the car. Not to mention, while there, I tried to find out what my leasing terms where to see if I could upgrade. Three people could not answer the question !! One person came up thinking i was interested in buying, then the leasing guy came over, at that point I wanted out. Then the first guy comes back with keys for me to test drive a car. Seriously !!! They should send this team to ft. Laud to train them. Jiffy lube here I come. They also wanted me to get two new tires an alignment And another filter changed, if I had agreed to it I probably would not have seen my 13 year old son graduate HS. The only reason I gave two stars was the service guy was very nice. There lucky to have him

Customer service is horrible. My Veracruz shut down on 85N in Duluth. Called Hyundai Roadside assistance and waited 3, hours for a truck. Towed to Rick Case. Service department said that it will take 3 – 4 hours to let me know what’s wrong. The mechanic said it’s not a quick fix. Service manager said that I could not have a loaner even though it’s under warranty. He said he can give me a Hertz rental for $ 35 per day!!! Don’t come here!!!

GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. I didn’t buy my vehicle here, but this is the second Hyundai dealership I’ve ever dealt with for service on my car, and I have to say I agree with some other reviewers who say this place is shady. I’ve been here a number of times over the past 2 years and I’m about fed up. The only reason I would want to bring my car here again is if I get another notice in the mail saying there was some recall on my car, otherwise any oil changes, repairs, or other regular maintenance I’m going to go elsewhere. Even if you try to use the coupons on their website their parts, labor, services in general are way overpriced. $ 100+ just to take a look at my car and let me know if something’s wrong? I am convinced that they weren’t comprehensive enough with inspecting my car because they were too busy pushing services I didn’t need that they missed something that could have saved me the trouble of getting it repaired later. They are out to take advantage of people (like me, being honest) who don’t know anything about cars but know people who do. This place infuriates me, and is probably exactly why people discourage others from going to the dealership.

We bought our 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe from rick case @ Gwinnett place. Good price and we love the car! We did all our regular maintenance here. Service has been good every time. The place was remodeled during the last few years and it gets better and better. Plus, they sent service coupons to us regularly which helped save a lot money on oil change and tire rotation.

We’ve bought a car here four months ago and it’s been great. Today we came in for the first complimentary oil change. Customers service is great and everyone seems good at what they do.

The salespeople are nice, the cars are ok but the after the sale customer service is the WORST! We can’t title or tag the 2013 van we bought 3 weeks ago, managers don’t answer the phone or return voice mails. Very very frustrating!
Three ½ hours to start to fill out sales paperwork that we had arranged the day before to be ready. We were 15 min late for our apt was their employees excuse for the 3.5hr delay. Then after 40 more minutes we couldn’t take car with us, it’d be delivered when we faxed in addl documents, we did, they didn’t deliver the car. It was raining, they don’t deliver cars in rain– seriously that’s what we were told. They’d call at 8am and deliver it by noon… 11:30am comes, no call, no car. After my irate calls the manager delivered the car at 1.
Today I spend 45 min at DMV and we can’t title or tag it because the paperwork was not filed when I was told yesterday it was all there and ok. UURRGGGG
What good is a car you can’t title or tag?
After you agree to the sale there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My negative review is due to a trust problem based on the company’s policies. The front desk staff that I have interacted with have been professional, polite, and generally pleasant.
Here are the facts:
My car needed two warranty-​covered repairs. These were agreed upon by the dealership while my car was under warranty. The next logical step: the repairs take place and the warranty covers the cost.
Unfortunately, the dealership didn’t have the parts in stock, and by the time I would return to the dealership for the repairs two days later, my mileage would be above the warranty coverage by a dozen miles or so. Surely that’s not an issue? (After all, taking an additional afternoon off from work is not what I wanted to do). Actually, and amazingly, they said I would become responsible for the repairs at that point.
So, I rented a rental car for two days and came back under mileage and received the warranty covered repairs. Unfortunately, they didn’t notice at first that one of the parts was in stock, and so this part of the repair was delayed, keeping me at the dealership for a longer period of time.
Further, this dealership is a disorienting place to sit around for a few hours. On the pro side — free if slow wifi. On the negative side — poor quality coffee and the constant distraction of an always-​on TV combined with an always-​on radio station. The clash between the TV noise and the pop music is uncomfortable and draining.
Their unwillingness to do the right thing, and commit to the warranty repairs two days later, which had to be re-​scheduled because they lacked the parts in stock, is a policy that keeps their front desk employees from being empowered to take care of the customer and do what is right. It led to me bearing additional inconvenience and cost, and was a frustrating and negative experience.
For those reasons, and given the very competitive auto repair market, I will be choosing another place to service my car in the future.

This rating is for service only and not for sales. I bought my car from this dealership and had a great experience. However, the service dept is out to screw you. From the moment you pull up, they remove your filter before you can blink and say that it needs to be replaced. They then slap you with an unexpected $ 70 for a damn filter if you fall prey to this tactic. This is $ 10 if you do it yourself. They actually spent hours of my time despite the fact that I had a 7am appt for an alignment and tire balance. Don’t make plans if you want service. They always take very long. To replace my tires, they wanted to put KUMHO tires on my car for a very inflated price. Kumho tires are notoriously bad and luckily I became aware of this and went down the street to Kauffman. They also quoted me $ 1400 for partial problem with my stereo system. Instead of looking into the issue, they just quoted me for a new stereo system. They claimed they looked at the issue, but they couldn’t explain the problem or discuss what they looked at. Buy here but get service elsewhere.

EXTREMELY poor customer service. Have scheduled service appts twice and have had issues both times. Today I called to just inquire about a small part I may need ordered. Every question I had was met with confusion and/​exasperation. As if, I’d caught him on his personal time. I asked what time they open. His response… «We close at 6p». Not at all what I asked. We completed the ordering process and I replied «ok, thank you». To that, I heard a click in my ear. The gentleman on the other end didn’t even have the decency to close out the call properly. Will not be receiving anymore of my business.

Worst customer service. I went in on Wednesday due to my sunglasses visor breaking and Tony, the service adviser, said the part would be in on Friday. I finally called him on Monday around 4 and he returned my call about half an hour later and said the part was there and had no explanation as to why I hadn’t received a call yet. All he said was «oh. sorry about that.» I scheduled to go in this morning at 8:30 to have the part replaced and EVERY service adviser was extremely rude and the woman immediately went to my car and took out my air filter and I let her know that was not why I was there. She said «well I don’t know why you’re here.» Maybe you should take the time to ask. I will not go back to this dealership.

After my initial contact via Edmunds.com’s «Price Promise», I won’t be doing any business with this dealership. The person who I dealt with started off by playing one of those «games» that we all hate. I was supposed to have a pre-​negotiated price for a specific vehicle, and the one that she contacted me about was about $ 9,000 over what was emailed to me. The saleswoman stated that this was the «price promise» price and was the special pricing, but upon some quick research on their website, it was the same price that anyone would get.
I decided to go back to the website, and one of those live chat pop-​ups came up on my screen so I sent in a complaint regarding this. I was told a member of management would contact me to resolve this issue. Did they? Negative.
Do yourself a favor, and go to another dealership if you’re looking for a Hyundai. Clearly Rick Case Hyundai of Duluth is all about games and gimmicks.

I didnt buy my at the time new Hyundai Sonata, but wish I did. The color and style I was picky about wasn’t there, but I couldn’t wait, because I blew the transmission in my other car. But I actually love getting my Sonata serviced here, the prices are great, and they offer email coupons constantly, which helps out a lot. I will continue to service my car here. There is a large showroom, and big enough waiting area, and always quick enough service. It’s always clean, and accommodating. They even have custom rims on certain sporty new model Hyundais, which I’ve never seen before.

I’ve purchased 7 cars in the last 10 years, 2 of them from this dealership. Never have I had such an awful experience. You think car salesmen get a bad wrap?? I say, so deserved. Never have I ever felt to deceived, so purposely lied to, talked down at, neglected, or disregarded. They wanted me to buy the car they most wanted to sell, refused to answer any of my questions directly, and after waiting around for almost 3 hours! I left without a new car, not so much as a quote on one of the 3 vehicles I expressed an interest in. I called them at noon asking how connected hyundai and kia were. The salesman answered very Confidently, «Very connected. I could sell you either.» This was great news since I was interested in one of each to begin with. He said he’d do leg work, pick out the vehicles, have things ready when I got there. This wasn’t the case, and his manager was very direct in telling me he could not sell me a kia. He suggested other hyundai models, even offered used luxury cars though I said I only buy new cars, came in specifically looking for new cars, and since he was adamant. .I test drove one. Well, we ran out of gas, then the battery died. We were stranded, 25 degrees outside. They decided to send someone to get us, dropped me off at kia since they had the jumper box. He said he would be back in ten minutes. An hour later, no one was back, no one helped me, no one there would speak to me without an attitude. It was clear, no one wanted me there. I walked back to hyundai and for 15 minutes I stood around while everyone carried on like I wasn’t there. No one asked me if I needed anything or offered to help in any way. I finally walked up to the manager explained things and he said he would find my saleman. He walked in a minute later, flustered and apologetic, explaining all the issues he had. No one cared. Everyone left. The store was closing and they were done. My salesman said he’d stay, help me see the Kia. Unfortunately, no one at Kia could be bothered to help. They made us hang around for 15 minutes before giving him a key. They were rude and unprofessional in their interactions with my salesman. We got in the car, it had no gas, and when he went in to request a gas card, the tension I could see through the window, the facial expressions, body gestures, were all so uncomfortable. I couldn’t stand it anymore. I got out the car, walked in, and gave them a piece of my mind. Then my sale rep confirmed they were giving him a hard time from the moment he walked in. He was embarrassed and said sorry. I told him goodbye and I would never be going back. They lost and loyal customer. They didn’t seem to care. The very unprofessional and unpleasant bdc manager at kia on satellite blvd. In duluth GA was Eric Willmes, who chuckled when I told him I would express my concerns via social media

I just want to say the CAR is in good shape and performs well.
I do want to point out that we are 6 months into owning a new vehicle and we are STILL on a temporary tag.
Tag/​title of the car was put under a different owner… therefore the vehicle does not technically belong to us under the tax commissioners eyes. Here we are 6 months later. Still do not have a tag and will have to go up to the dealership AGAIN for another temporary tag. What a let down.
Wont be returning to this dealership due to their paperwork people. Such a shame, great service until this.

I’ve seen some negative reviews, but I can only comment on the interactions I have had. I’ll speak about a specific incident in a moment, but my interactions with the service department, specifically Andrew the service manager, have been pretty good. Andrew is really nice and I feel really comfortable with him servicing my car. He is as nice as they come. No games. Just honesty and great customer service. I bought a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe used from them in 2012 and bought an extended warranty. The salesman was very nice and they accommodated me on an issue I had that was very minor.
So on to the incident. I bought an extended warranty till 100k miles when I bought the car. This past month the car, at 82k miles, started making a noise. I took it in to another hyundai dealership that was closer to where I lived. They said I needed a new transmission. Normally that would be devastating, but I had the bumper to bumper warranty so it should be covered. The dealership called the warranty company and then called me back to say my coverage was «Complete Wrap» that didn’t include the transmission. Uhhh that’s not what I bought. I bought complete coverage including the transmission. The dealership said they couldn’t do anything and that the diagnosis fee was $ 125. I called Rick Case Hyundai and told them what happened. They said it didn’t make any sense that the transmission wasn’t covered. Duh. I know that.
They told me to call the warranty company and talk to them. I did. The warranty company said the plan I have doesn’t cover the transmission and they can’t do anything. Period. So I call Rick Case Hyundai again and tell them what happened. They said bring the car to them and they will take care of it. I did just that. I brought it over to them. And without me doing anything they replaced the transmission on their own dime. Why? Because they acknowledged that the financing guy who did my paperwork filed the paperwork incorrectly. He was suppose to file it as «Complete» coverage, not «Complete Wrap» coverage. Needless to say I was so unbelievably relieved. They easily could have simply said, «I’m sorry you don’t have the correct coverage and there is nothing we can do.» But they didn’t. They acknowledged there was a mistake on their part and fixed it without any need for me to hassle them. Not a dime out of my pocket. When I picked up the car the manager, Will, said they are rewriting up the warranty to «Complete» coverage and will have the new policy sent to me. Now that is customer service. I can’t say how relieved I was they did that. At christmas none the less. Thank you so much Rick Case Hyundai.

I just came here to test drive a car. But not ready to purchase a car. I went to the parking lot and look at a cars and some guy came up to me and ask what I need… I told them I want to test drive a this car. So he bring me a key to test drive. While I take a test drive with this sales man he talking something that he don’t even know… He told me what color I like, I told him red and he told me he have red color of the trim that want… But as a research there was no red color of trim that I like… So he lied. And after I finish the test drive I told him I will come back. But he takes me into inside and tell me a price of the car. I told him I will be back but keep asking again which is annoying me so much so I told him I will use restroom and get out.

If customer service is important at Rick Case, Sarah in the service department really started off on wrong foot with me. I’ve experienced much better.
I had a coupon for a discount oil change plus a tire rotation for $ 0.01. It’s April 1, but I didn’t notice that the coupon expired March 31. Shoot, so I missed it by a day.
Sarah said my coupon wasn’t valid, but they could do the oil change for a higher price and the tire rotation was $ 18.95 extra. Fine, I’ll do the oil change, and get the rotation done for free where I bought my car.
Well I get online in the waiting room, and what’s at the Rick Case website? A brand new coupon valid through ⁴⁄₃₀!
Sarah, thanks for ruthlessly enforcing the coupon I printed out that I didn’t realize had expired by one day, and then not being helpful for suggesting (or not even knowing) there might be a new coupon I could use for the new month!
Sorry Sarah, you could have apologized for the inconvenience and offered to be more helpful. In the end, it’s not a huge deal, we were talking less than $ 20, but my disappointing experience means a lot more potential business directed elsewhere for more than twenty bucks!
So much for «Our Customers, Our Friends!»

Do your homework! I read as much as possible online about buying a new car. Everything is negotiable. I was very interested in a car and the salesperson was very kind and helpful… until we sat down inside the dealership and started talking about money. He said, «This is the price of the car, it’s nonnegotiable. This is a $ 699 dealer fee, it’s nonnegotiable. This is a $ 130 tag fee, it’s nonnegotiable.» I them asked him to explain to me why I had to pay $ 830 in nonnegotiable fees. His reply, «Go anywhere in Atlanta and you will get charged the same.»
Really??? The other Hyundai dealership in ATL included the dealer fee in the sticker price, and the tag fee was only $ 39.
BTW — If you give a dealer your phone number expect a minimum of 3 voicemails and they tend to call when they get to work at 9am and right before they leave work at 7pm. This salesperson called me to see if I was still interested in the car. I told him about the other Hyundai dealership is essentially saving me about $ 800 in fees. His reply, «Okay, now we can talk about the sticker price. Make me an offer.» I told the guy I wasn’t crazy about the leather seats in his model. His reply, «Interesting, most people prefer luxury.» Thanks for the passive aggressive insult. He finally said, «Well okay I guess I take you off my calling list.» Click.
