I am a local business owner and I order flowers for different occasions quite often from another local company with never an issue. One of my good friends past away. In honor of her, I ordered the best bouquet that was advertised as exquisite and lush. I paid $ 100. I attended the funeral last week and much to my dismay the «bouquet» I ordered was aweful and absolutely pathetic. I was so embarrassed. I could have done better myself picking up day old flowers from walmart. To add insult to injury, I called the store expecting some apology because the order must have gotten mixed up some how. But no. I got rudely told that 6 yellow roses and a few irises totaled that amount regardless that the add said a certain height and width also pictured at least 8 roses and 20 irises. I even sent them the add and the picture. I was told again firmly that sorry it is what it is! This illegal activity and taking advantage of a customer.
