Ski Hut

Terrible service and repair. Have given them countless chances and have been disappointed 90% of the time. From completely ignoring customers to shoddy repair jobs The Ski Hut treats the average Joe customer as if they don’t matter. At least ¹⁄₃ and probably closer to ²⁄₃ of the time I have brought my equipment in to be repaired, I have had to go back to the store and have them do the job correctly. Usually unapologetic and always charged for the full labor costs. This has been going on for a decade and has shown no sign of changing. I quit going to the The East location because of this years ago and I’ve said it about the West location before, but this time I will follow through and never go to either Ski Hut location again.

I have always had good experiences here. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I wheeled my bike in one morning, they helped me fix the chain for free– lucky me, otherwise I would have flown off on my downhill trek to work. Great people

Ski Hut has always been a big part of my life. This is pretty much the only place that I, or my family have ever bought skis from. I grew up skiing and snowboarding in the winter time. My father was big in to cross country skiing, and my sister was a huge downhill racer.
We’ve always sworn by this place for two reasons: Scott the old owner (it’s been a while, I’m not sure if he still owns it) is one of the nicest, most accommodating managers/​owners we’ve ever dealt with. The service you receive from this place is great. The staff really knows what they are talking about, and are not concerned with just trying to sell you a product. They stand behind what they sell and are proud to work there.
Secondly and thirdly (OK, I guess there are three reasons), The products you get here are name brand. They are perfect, no issues what so ever. I guess that doesn’t say much for the store so much, since when you buy the brand, you really buy the brand. The brands are all the ones you are looking for for the ski season. They do not skimp on products. Also, if you are having problems with your skis or whatever, or just simply need them tuned, they will do it! Just bring in your stuff and they will take care of you!
This store, seriously brings back so many childhood memories, I know that sounds weird, but you would understand if you grew up on snow like I did.
I love this place SO much!
