I placed an online order for a refurbished Dyson that I would have been picking up at this store. Hooray, good deal! Three weeks later I get a call, «sorry, we can’t fill your order». Blamed the vendor or something. Poor job Staples.: P

We can’t say enough good things about the customer service we received on our visit. The staff was helpful and friendly and didn’t get an attitude if they had to explain things to me twice. Store was clean and organized. Be sure to check out the clearance isles for great deals. They have a section for mailing packages and printing and laminating. There’s tons of parking and easy to get in and out of.

This location is in a dead shopping center and closes really early. I went here to print a label and the charges for using the computer and black and white print was ridiculous! 30 cent per minute and 50 cent for a black and white print. The computer was slow so it ate up my time. Next time I’ll just make a drive to office max for free computer usages and 10 cent print jobs.

My home printer broke down and I had to print tickets for the aquarium from outside. I called the UPS store and they were charging 20cents per page and $ 2 computer usage fee(although their computer was not allowed to be used by the customers only their staff) So I went to staples. The service was awesome. I asked how I could print a pdf file that I could email to them. The lady at the counter was very helpful(although servicing multiple customers with a smile). She gave me the staples copy centers email where I could email the tickets. And I got done in a few minutes. No extra computer usage fee. And to top it all since it was just 4 pages. She waived the printing cost although I was insisting to pay for it. Super nice of her. Great Customer service. This is how you earn and keep customers. Kudos to her. Keep us the good work.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience with this Staples. If I need a quick print job, they are always able to help get my project done quickly and not too expensively. The folks in the print area won my business and because of them, I purchase more from the store itself. Good job. High five. Fist bump.

Stopped in several times to get some quick office supplies. Prices were high compare to online and warehouse clubs. Went in yesterday to take advantage of the credits we got from returning the HP toners a couple months ago, store employees refused to accept the credits even though we got full receipts showed dates we brought in the toners for credits. Will never shop here or any other Staples again. The store looks like its about to go out of business anyway. There were never more than 10 cars parked in front even on a weekend.

This store is pretty clean and organized. Spacious parking in the same plaza as Rooms To Go, On The Borders, Plato’s Closet, and Toys R Us. I’ve only been here once during a weekday to grab a few things while in the area. I walked around and found what I was looking for without being approached. There wasn’t anyone walking around to assist customers unlike the Office Depot I usually go to over in my side of town. With that said, it’s a really organized store so kudos! The staff are friendly during check-out so that’s good. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in the area.

I went here yesterday to get some printing done. I asked for two large copies on regular paper and I received 1 glossy print… also i had ten files to print and she told me she didn’t have time… horrible costumer service! Not to mention her name tag said print supervisor!

I was sent here after the Johns Creek location’s print center couldn’t complete my job because they needed a new cutter. The service I’ve gotten in JC has been awesome, so I had high expectations. This location needs a little help. First, I was on hold for about 10 minutes before someone finally decided to stop putting me back on hold and give me my order status. Second, the print quality of my order — well, it sucked. When I saw it I just stared in disbelief. The girl working the counter just kinda stared at me like she didn’t know what to do. Unfortunately I needed the order for an event Saturday, so I had no choice but to take it as it was. Very disappointed. One good thing was the salesgirl offered me a discount after seeing my obvious disappointment with the product and she didn’t have to do that.

I stopped in for a deal they were offering for free sticky-notes. It was a decent store that was pretty clean. Unfortunately they were all out of the sticky-notes, so I wasn’t successful on my trip there, but I’d give them another shot for office supplies. I didn’t really even know they existed close to where I live since it is pushed back off the road in a shopping center blocked by other free-standing buildings.
