I am a gold card member of Starbucks. We just moved to Johns Creek and this is now my local Starbucks. They made me feel very welcomed. One of the employees already knows me by name.

I have to say that this is my favorite Starbucks in the Johns Creek area. They make the drinks just perfect and my name is always spelled right on the cup (how rare of baristas!!!) This place gets busy at all times during the day, so it is hard to find a seat anywhere. However, it is worth the drive from Duluth when working in the area. You will not be disappointed in this location. No drive thru tho.

It’s Starbucks what more can I say really. A bunch of people sitting around with Macbooks and ipads drinking a beverage that sounds like a science project when mentioned.
My drink of choice when I go in is Chai latte soy no water with a shot of espresso.

Came here one night trying to use the credit on my Starbucks card. After trying to figure it out for a while with the help of the very very friendly barrista with the dreadlocks, he told me my drink was getting cold. I eventually gave up and said I would just pay cash but he had already closed my order out and told me not to worry about it.
It’s really rare that a business will comp something out of the good of their own heart and I have had it done twice at a Starbucks, once this time and once at another location. It really makes you appreciate businesses that value customer service. I will go back again and again.

AMAZING service – haven’t had the old school Starbucks service since forever. New age Starbucks baristas pretty much suck in Charlotte.
Stopped by really late around 10:00 and wanted some decaffeinated coffee. The cashier was a little hesitant and reluctant concerning my order. But before he could shoot me down, the good guy working alongside him told me, «Sure thing, not a problem,» and did the work to make one for me. It was on Saturday night and the dude had facial hair, so props to that guy.
What’s the deal with Starbucks service going down in general? Look to this place to re-​establish what Starbucks was all about.

The staff is really nice and great here. Only downsides are that they really blast the AC to the maximum. I understand that it’s summer and everything, but I was freezing the entire time I was in the store.

I figure after 106 check-​ins I can do an update on my review… and I’m moving them up to 5 stars because I often find myself driving out of my way on the weekends to come here. There’s just something about knowing they will get my drink right every time that makes it worth it. The baristas here are seriously the best ever. After my last 5k a couple weeks ago I stopped in to get coffee and they had made signs congratulating me. Personal service like this has made them my favorite!

Very very nice staff here. A typical Starbucks joint usually warrants 4 stars, but I had deduct one. Here is why:
1. The A/​C is blasted on at maximum blast inside. When it’s the middle of summer, and you are wearing shorts, this means that your ass will freeze the eff off! I was literally shivering while ordering my drink.
2. Because of #1, we (and all the other patrons) were driven to the patio outside. Which was fine, except all those high school/​20 something year olds were all smoking like g-​damn chimneys. They have these «do not smoke» pictures taped onto the tables, but those were ignored, of course. It would be nice if management controlled this, a little bit…
3. My «extra hot» chai was not extra hot.
