I don’t know why these other reviewers were so bent out of shape by the place. They have great baby stuff at low prices, and you can’t expect a place that sells that kind of stuff to be all that, right? The guy working there was friendly and we found everything we wanted and still spent less than $ 100. I couldn’t have done that anywhere else! I’ve bought used stuff on Craigslist before, but then I had to drive all over Atlanta to get it. Here I found everything for babies and little kids under one roof. Awesome!

Just paid a visit to the Johns Creek location. I was anxiously ready to buy a stroller I had came across on Craiglist yesterday. I left base(I’m in the Air Force) picked up my son and headed to the store. When I walked in I was severely disappointed! Where is the customer service. I am not saying all of your employees or stores are the same but on this day this pair of «associates» left a very nasty impression with me. I will refuse to shop anywhere where consumers are not given proper courtesies. I was greeted by a young Hispanic lady with a genuine fake smile, followed by a subtle«hi». The older lady said absolutely nothing. As I walked in they were hanging clothes. they continued to do so as I walked toward them, back to me and my son. I browsed down towards the car seats in search of the stroller I had seen. Meanwhile i was not offered help, assistance, guidance or any other courtesies that make shopping an experience that grants a return visit. If you can not take care of your customers you will not thrive. I could not find the stroller so I asked if there was a second store. To my astonishment both women carried on a short answer«yes» «no» style conversation with me with out even looking at me! This is beyond rude, it’s pure DISRESPECT. I was furious at how I was being treated. None the less I kept my bearing and rendered the proper courtesies such as a thank you and have a nice day. No reply, just a simple«bye» I do no intend to ever go to a Tadpoles location again. I was not treated as a consumer should be. So why would I give you my hard earned money. This is a matter that any pure business owner should take care of. Hopefully this will be brought to those«associates» attention and the situation will be rectified.

When I first walked in what caught my attention was the mess and disorganization in this store, not the entire store but it was bad enough. I nearly turned around and walked out but I couldn’t after seeing the look on my little girls face. She had been wanting to go here for an entire week. That’s all she’d been talking about. The last time we went to this children’s consignment shop was over a year and a half ago when they had different owners and much nicer clothes. So going back today ruined it for me. Even though we found a few things, I will not be going back! If there is one thing about consignment shops that I know is that you can’t take any and everything people want to consign just to get a buck. If it’s garbage then that’s where it needs to go. They obviously have a problem with taking in way too much and not being able to move it fast enough because the racks are full, over-crowded, and disorganized. I seriously can’t believe how I was able to find anything that I liked. They sell kids clothing from infants-pre-teens, toys, baby gear, shoes and a whole lot of other little trinkets for your little ones. I just wished it was neater, cleaner and more organized. The two employees looked like they would have rather been somewhere else and it showed all over the store.
