The Arches Threading Lounge

I usually come to this place to get my eyebrows threaded because it’s very close to where I live. However, I’ve noticed that every time I do go I always find myself repeating to myself in my head «please don’t mess them up.» Usually it’s a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ change that the come out looking decent. That’s giving them the benefit of the doubt! But today was the worst experience. I went in to get my full face threaded. (side note: everytime I go it always someone different working, you I ally never see the same Girls) when I walked in one of the ladies had just finished with a customer and asked me to sit down. When I was seated I noticed she didn’t wash her hands after she JUST finished threading someone else! I let it slide hoping that would be the worst of the trip but nope! When she finished with my face she handed me the mirror to look at myself. I immediately started inspecting my face because the last time I went there the missed a lot of spots. When I got to my eye brows I was horrified! There were spots of missing patches or hair!!! Worst nightmare ! To top it all off she kept telling me that they were find and that she only «cleaned them up» No way they were missing patches and thinner than I had wanted them! After you messed up my eyebrows you still have to nerve to tell me I’m wrong??? How? Please be cautious! I am very particular with my eyebrows. I will not return and advise people to take notice.

So I decided to get some henna done here and i used a reference photo and the lady said she could do it. As she is doing it you can tell she was rushing and all but im not a rude person to criticize someone. But i payed $ 25 for this and i hate it so much.

The best threading lounge in Atlanta! I’m addicted now! Lol. Don’t sleep on them. Stop in today.

The best location of the franchise. Walk-​ins are welcome and the place is really clean and well organized. I prefer threading to waxing, plucking and shaving my eyebrows, It cost $ 10 to have your eyebrows arched and they are done to precision. The workers are very friendly and I love when places remember me as a customer. In my mind that is the best type of customer service. I highly recommend this place.
