Hours on the website and on the door of store shows they are open on Sunday’s. Shows they open at noon. I went at noon and back at 1pm and no one was there. I understand things happen and you have to leave but place a note on the door. Bad first impression.

Decent prices and turn time, but buyer beware… Their replacement glass is not high quality… Definitely not the quality of the original glass in ability to take a hit or in fit/​function in general. First thing I noticed was the replacement glass was a lot thicker than the original glass (didn’t line up with home button as nicely as original glass). Within that weekend, it took a hit (totally my fault, admitted) and immediately spiderwebbed across the whole device, making it unusable within 48 hours of getting fixed. Original glass took several (much higher impact) shots than this before getting a single hairline crack that was still usable, just annoying.
In the future, I’d probably spend the money Apple was asking for for a better replacement screen. I ended up buying a new iPad instead. The price, however, was about 33% of what Apple wanted to charge for glass replacement, which is why I gave this a shot.
Nice guys, very friendly and fast. I just don’t think their product is very high quality compared to the original.

I don’t understand any bad reviews for this place. I had a fantastic experience here! I accidentally dropped my phone and cracked the screen so badly it was inoperational. I was desperate and drove to Verizon. They recommended this business and I drove over there 15 minutes before close. The owner was super friendly and understood my anxiety over my phone. He agreed to fix it while I waited. It literally took ten minutes and it was perfect! I thought the price was reasonable too based on other stores I had considered. I will definitely come here if anything ever happens again to my phone. Terrific service and so fast and especially understanding of the urgency of needing it fixed. Thank you so much!!! If you have any problems with your phone I urge you to check out this business.

Bought a discount coupon from LivingSocial to fix my iPad2. Took it to their Gwinnett Place Mall location. Left it for repair, when I picked it up there was a fingerprint inside the glass. «Sorry, we’ll fix it. give us 10 min»
45 min later, still looked bad. I left it to have redone. Next day I came back, now a larger smear appeared under the glass. Left it again. Next day came back no one had touched it. Serious quality control issues. I gave up.4 hours of my time is worth a lot more than the $ 10 off I got. On top of all that, I was charged $ 1.98 in shop fees.

Had my iPhone back glass replaced twice. Great job and they did it in 10 minutes each time. Also had my iPad glass replaced in about 1 hour. Excellent work and friendly staff.

Liars, Thieves, and Hacks
I had a small crack in my Ipad so I decided to take it to the Gizmo Doctor. They offer one hour repair service and had some positive reviews so why not. I promise you that if you have a cracked Apple device you would be better off throwing it on the ground and stomping it into a thousand pieces. Just go buy another one you will save a tremendous amount of both time and money.
I called the location and they told me to make an appointment. I arrived at my appointment and they told me that I was not at the right Gizmo Doctor. There are two I asked I spoke with you personally on the phone yesterday and made the appointment here. His response was «You go to Gwinnett Place Mall to the second floor of the Macy’s that is where they fix your phone». At this point I was thinking that this place is pretty sketchy and I should have stopped there but I drove over to Gwinnett Place anyway
When I finally found the location no one was at the little booth. I waited about five minutes and then this guy show up and asks «what you want»? I showed him my ipad and he said that his boy was in the Hospital and it would take more than an hour. «Prolly 2 – 3, I call you» I said no problem I will pick it up on my way home. I did not receive a call so I called back in the morning (10:30 am) to see if it was ready, he then told me that it would be about thirty more minutes. I show up at 1:00pm and it is still not ready. I was so frustrated that I told them just to give me the broken pieces in a bag.
Please, do not go here, they will waste your time, damage your device and, cost you money.

This place was AWESOME. I should have gotten the guys name who helped me, but overall from the time I called in advance to get the quote on replacing my iphone 4s screen that was cracked to dropping it off and picking it up an hour later, everything was FLAWLESS. I hope to not need to return, but should I drop any of my other devices and need a repair, this is definitely where I will go again.
