I had remodel job that was small so two different contactors told me to contact Trusted Toolbox. From the moment Jeff came out to look at the job until the day it was finished, I was happy. They charged a fair price and the gentleman that did the work was first rate. He showed up on time and covered my staircase with a plastic «curtain» to limit the construction dust. He cleaned up at the end of the first day of the job and returned as scheduled on day 2. He finished the work and left my house in excellent shape. My neighbors have viewed the work as well as my family and everyone can’t believe the difference. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

They gave us a fair price for solid work. Other companies were insulting with their pricing while these guys were realistic. Arrived on time. I will hire them again and again. They have done two jobs for us and both turned out great.

I scheduled a job to be done. the tech called me when he was suppose to be arriving and told me he was getting ready to leave his house in Dallas in a few minutes and would see me shortly. I live in Woodstock. that is an hour drive that time of day. I made the mistake of rescheduling for later in the week and then they tried to call me the next day to reschedule again. Never would I recommend them. too incompetent to even show up.

Used these guys for several minor repairs around house. Day rate was excellent, on time, cleaned up after themselves. Work done to my standards. Would use them again

Do not hire them. The workers were sloppy and left a mess in the home. The supervising contractor was not honest and continually looked for the quick fix instead of doing the job the correct way. They offered me a days labor as compensation but then they turned around and added the same charges to other areas of my invoice. They have not bothered to contact me to fix a toilet that is not installed correctly. The workers were not supervised and although they tell you that they train and pay their own workers this is often not true. I woudl never reccomend this business.
