My friend and I drove up just as they were closing on Saturday afternoon, but Leslie stayed 30 minutes late to help me ship several packages, which included a coat my daughter needed out of state. She was professional and friendly and so very kind. She even told me to stop fretting about keeping her late, that she was going to take care of everything. And she did. I will be using this location from now on. Exceptional customer service.

So I came in with a huge project with a very short deadline and was panicked beyond belief. The staff helped me work through all the kinks, made all the prints look amazing, and did so while helping me keep my cool. Although a high volume job, they pulled through with an excellent price and were very flexible to suit my needs. Loyalty for life. Thank you so very much!!!

The older woman working here tried to charge me extra fee off packaging service which I did not ask for and raised voice at me when I simply asked her why she added service I did not ask. Attempted to rip me off again with coupon refund which was 90 cents short and got busted. She finally had to refund actual amount but kept being rude until the last second. Use other UPS or be heads up, they might try you some rip off too.

I came in to get my fingerprints done for a new job. On the packet given to my employer it said nothing about needing an appointment. I arrive to this location and ask to get the finger printing service done, I then am told I need an appointment. I was confused as to why when the store was completely empty, but I went ahead and made one. They wouldn’t have an appointment for three hours, when I asked the process and why the wait she explained its a very simple process but can’t do it without an appointment. I told you I need it done sooner than later and she walked away. I then spent twenty minutes in the store trying to find another location to do it for me sooner. The two girls working offered no helped and proceeded to text/Facebook, see picture. I still do not understand why they could not do it if they clearly were not busy. I ended up going to another location down the street that did it on a first come first serve. I contacted corporate about my experience and shortly after the store manager called me, begging me not to post this on Unilocal.The store manager also stated they do not even make money off of this service, it’s just something nice they do for the state. I want everyone to know how unprofessional my experience was at this location.
