I have been using Jeff and Thunderbolt Carpet Cleaning since 2011. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else. He takes pride in his work and always goes above and beyond my expectations. I even leave him access to enter my home so he can take care of my carpets while I’m away or at work. It’s very nice knowing that I found a company I can trust to maintain my carpets. With 3 kids and 2 dogs, he has his work cut out for him! lol.

What more can I say except, 5 stars on customer service, ease of appointment scheduling, affordability (much better prices than the others) and very professional the entire visit, we added a few services after got started and it wasn’t a problem, he didn’t try to up sell on anything. We will definitely recommend this business and utilize Thunderbolt again in the future.

I finally received a message on my cell phone the night before the 12⁄12 appointment which stated there was an appointment the next day– but it was a different company name, and I did not get this message until late at night. I had left numerous email messages stating that I needed written confirmation, due to a hearing impairment. The owner (of 2 companies) did arrive, but I was not able to allow the service to be performed since I didn’t get the written confirmation that I requested, and was not prepared. He explained that he has two different companies, which explained the different company name, left on a message. At this point, Jeff was able to reschedule for a couple days later. He arrived on time (within the 2-​hour window) and did a pretty good job… my carpets have some stains that possibly will never come out, so cannot fault them for this.
