Absolutely the worst location of the three in Atlanta. Recently moved from Alpharetta to Suwanee. Had used their location on Holcomb Bridge and Haynes Bridge for a few years and had excellent service. The location in Duluth is just horrible. I dropped off my bag of dirty laundry in the drop chute at 630am one morning expecting it to be done by 5pm the same day. When I came to the location at 6pm that day, the bag was still sitting in the drop chute. It was never checked by the employees. I called the manager and he was very non-​chalant about the whole ordeal and gave me half off the cleaning. When I came back the next day to pick up the laundry again, the employee was very rude to me since I guess she was the employee who forgot to check the chute the day before so she must have gotten in trouble. Anyway, I will no longer use this location for my dry cleaning needs.

Wow — my husband brought some of our clothing to the cleaner and in just a few days (Sat to Monday) they were done. The reason I gave five stars however was for this: He brought a black coat in for cleaning. It was missing a button, which I never got around to sewing on because I am too lazy. Well they used the spare button on the inside of the coat and sewed in on for me. In New Orleans they call that «lagniappe» for a little bit extra. That little bit extra made my day. I highly recommend Tide Dry Cleaners in Duluth GA.
