Extremely dysfunctional company that excels at creating problems, stress, and drama. They have incompetent leadership, treat employees horribly, and half of their positive reviews are from accounts from a marketing agency, while another large portion of them are from people involved in the company. Embarrassing.

I have been in real estate for 15+ years, changed companies a couple of times. My recent move to Virtual Properties Realty was a very easy transition. VPR made all necessary items to begin work available along with support staff for any problems or questions that might arise. They have the system down to a science. I would highly recommend VPR to anyone contemplating a move.

I have been with Virtual Properties Realty for several years as an agent before moving into the role as a Broker and I wouldn’t ever consider changing companies. Our agents are wonderful and we have tons of in house education to always keep them on top of their game. There is always so much energy flowing in all our offices, especially our corporate office in Duluth, and I find that very motivational. Although we have grown to over 1800 agents we still have the feeling of family and I am so proud to be a part of it!

We take great pride in our integrity and have never had a legal or compliance issue with any court of law or the Georgia real estate commission. We also operate an in-​house GREC approved school where GA real estate law (and other CE classes) are taught to our agents year round. We also belong to many REALTOR boards where my Co– Owner (Steve Wagner) currently holds a board position and was voted REALTOR of the year.
We realize it is next to impossible to please everyone all the time but we want to try. If there is ever a legal question we always consult our Attorneys (O’Kelley and Sorohan) and will go by their decision.
