Ordered a won ton soup (pork), egg roll, and beef lo mien. The food was bland, edible about not anything out of this world. The food, all of it, did not have any flavor at all. I added soy sauce but it did not really help. One thing lacking in Dumfries is a decent Chinese joint.
The only good thing is that was able to order at 10PM on a Thurs and it was cheap.

TERRIBLE FOOD TERRIBLE STAFF
With the Number of Chinese restaurants in the area you would think this place would have better food. I will No longer order from this establishment after repeated wrong orders and sub par food I would rather go hungry. The hot and sour soup is thin watery and vaguely soapy tasting I could not eat more than 1 spoon full. the fried rice is terrible dry, and chunks of some mysterious «meat like» product with a terrible flavor. Any attempts to contact the restaurant about correcting incorrect orders is met with rude comments and arguments, I have been told they can fix my order tomorrow on one occasion and on another occasion they insisted the i never even placed an order with them after they delivered the wrong food and refused to correct it. Bottom Line
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE !!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR GO HUNGRY !!

This place is a complete garbage. I ordered my food and the lady (I assume not American) made me repeat the order 5 times! Even after repeating 5 times I received the wrong food. When I called to have me order corrected she told me that she will no longer deliver there today and that I will not be getting my food. Then she proceed to call me a asshole for asking for my food and not caring about there problems. The food that we did get was un-​edible, cold and made me feel sorry for whatever rancid dog they killed to make it. Do your self a favor, unless you speak mandarin, like being cursed at in broken English, or like the taste of deep fried dog a$$ do NOT eat here!

Very possibly the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The oil used has been reused 1 too many times you can see and taste it and it’s disgusting. The food is greasy in a bad way and you can tell it’s not fresh. We ordered combination fried rice, Singapore noodles, chicken wings, spare ribs, and hot and sour soup. The soup was the only decent thing everything else was absolutely gross. I’m not making this up. My husband was also grossed out. I’m sure that if you order early in the afternoon you’ll have a different experience but by the time dinner hates the oil has been reused so much that you can taste it all over the food

This used to be my go-​to spot when I lived in Triangle. I stopped by the other night to order Shrimp Egg Foo Young, it tasted like they had used something that was spoiled. I was quite disappointed, as they are one of the few Chinese restaurants that make the gravy right. I hope they were having an off night, but I’m not sure when I’ll return. Oh, and they forgot my fortune cookie too :-)

I didn’t like the food and found the restaurant incredibly dirty. ½ Chicken parts were being held in a tub, UN-​refrigerated on a shelf close to the floor located under the fryer. This prompted me to look up this restaurants VA inspection reports which are available online at the VA Department of Health Website:

I appreciate the family aspect, but I feel sad for the young daughters that have to take orders all day… but I’ll let that go.
They definitely do not care for store ambience, as it is just not a place to sit and eat. the food is so-​so. Some dishes (Chicken Lo Mein) are out of this world delicious. But, other foods are horrible (General Tso’s/Any chicken dish). I think where they stumble is their reliance on frozen entrees. All of the chicken comes out in clumps and you know it was thrown directly from the freezer into the fryer or what have you. And, it definitely tastes frozen too, so the food is also just so-​so, not that great.

I have eaten here three times. Each time I had severe intestinal issues each time. Twice should have been enough but I wanted to be sure. The last time I was there the owner or cook’s family came in and they brought food from outside. Perhaps they were tired of Chinese food but that says a lot about their food to me.

The food was very inexpensive. The sesame chicken and pork fried rice tasted great even fresh compared to other places I have tried in NOVA. The spicy shrimp was over cooked, but 35 shrimp for less than 5 dollars I guess I couldn’t have expected anything better. The wonton egg drop soup wasn’t appetizing to me. It tasted rather oily. Other than the soup and shrimp everything else was great. We also tried the crab wontons. Well they were definitely more cream cheese versus crab but they were cooked beautifully fresh and tasted very good. I would go here again for the regular dishes e.g. orange chicken, general tso’s chicken etc.

I dropped into this place on a hot July day after visiting my Dumfries office. They didn’t have the air condition on and its a small place, so I wasn’t too sure…
But… I found this to be the most authentic Chinese tasting food of any restaurant I’ve been too in Northern VA. I’ve been to Beijing three times and eaten in some authentic «hole in the wall» places and this is what it reminded me of.
It was really good and, frankly, a lot of food for less than $ 6.00.
I did see the young lady behind the cash register but, frankly, nothing wrong with that. She seemed to be translating for her father (?) a bit. To me it demonstrates work ethic an initiative, something lacking in a lot of young folks today.
I recommend this place and I will go back.

This place is pretty inexpensive but average Chinese takeout place. I don’t order from here often because the food is just OK and it’s a little troubling that the owners often have their young daughters man the cash register…
However, if you’re craving some Chinese food and there’s no other option, this place isn’t so bad.
