Bottom Line Up Front: Definitely Recommend!
We tried Tidyguy and we very pleasantly surprised. Like Kelly E. said, the guy who came by was definitely a perfectionist. However, it makes me wonder if we are talking about the same company, based on her experience (the one I am talking about has a spray bottle logo with the name «TidyGuy» in red and green, with a white background.).
We have found them to be the utmost in professional and attentive to any requests or feedback. We have had companies come in previously, before events or just for a good deep clean. But, the guy we got, Pete, was very thorough. He checked things that no one had cleaned before (and I actually had not even thought of to check).
We have continued to be very happy with the company and we have gone with them since then. Approx last 4-​ish months. Pete, checks with us before using any new cleaners and makes sure to check for child and pet safe products. The first time he cleaned he also called back just to check if we were happy with the job he did and how he could improve. For what it is worth, we have recommended Tidyguy to 3 other families who are now using the company as well. And, we have been thanked us for the reference.

This guy came highly recommended but he was very unprofessional. He was in a big hurry on his first visit and missed a bathroom sink. The second visit he missed something else and when I mentioned it he got very defensive. We gave him another shot because of the recommendation and he blew us off without calling. A couple days later he sent a text saying that he was very critical of his work and that he’s a perfectionist. You could of fooled us, he was far from perfect and the way he handled himself was not professional.
