It’s a breath of fresh air coming here now… For the past few years I’ve been coming here, watching this place take a slow but steady decline in all aspects. However, over the last few months there has been some Very Noticeable and Much Needed Improvements Made. Everything is Cleaner now, from the bins to the floor to the counters as well as in the restroom! Not to mention the staff has been replaced with new, more welcoming and friendly people, allowing me to feel completely at ease to leave my clothes in the machines should and if I need to leave for a bit.

I’ve been going here since I moved to Dumont 5 years ago. It was never anything great but in the past year this place has become awful. I’m pretty sure they changed management and from there everything went downhill. Tonight I brought my sheets home to find them all streaked and stained with some strange oil/​liquid/​sludge/​who-​knows-​what. I’m deciding not to go back to complain because I know that the new employees will just shrug and say they don’t know what happened… like the time three of my work shirts went missing AFTER I’d put them in the dryer. I brought it up to the girl and she said she didn’t know anything about it. How do entire shirts go missing in the dryer?!? I can understand a sock but three identical shirts?! It makes no sense. There’s nothing you can do in a situation like that. I was screwed then just like i’m screwed now. Looks like I’ll be buying a new set of sheets and bringing them and everything else I own to another laundromat. I really hope the person in charge sees this. not like they’ll care.

This place is clean, and the staff here is very friendly. I feel at ease if I step away from the place while my clothes are in the machine. Your tenth wash is free, just be sure to get a punch card.
