I guess I should have check Unilocal before visiting this location. I visited this location yesterday and I was the one of two cars that sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes until my order was taken. I can understand if the inside of the store was busy but their was no one inside of the restaurant. Once I pulled up to the drive thru window to pick up my order they forgot one of the items. As I sat waiting of of the workers notice I was still at the window and asked me if I had been helped and when I informed her about my missing item she was very apologetic. She is the reason I am giving this review 2 stars instead of one. Avoid this location at all cost unless you like waiting forever for your food.

Worst Taco Bell service ever. Food was ok. Server /​greeter was very busy chit chatting with people in line for over 5 min. Over people we waiting in line behind them & in front of me. It took over 10 minutes to get my one burrito. I will never go to this location again.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. It doesn’t ring everyone’s «bell,» but it’s a good choice for your quick Mexican fix.
They have always been «consistent» in my book. They are consistently average.
don’t get me wrong. I love the food. The folks are nice enough. There’s just nothing that makes the place AWESOME. It’s average.
But I gave it four stars because the food is always good, I don’t get sick from it, and it’s inexpensive and close to home. :)

Wow close to the worst experience ever!
Walk in floors sticky and the air was on. It’s 47* outside.
Order taker helpful until other employee comes on with phone and he says «oh this is my sister, will you do them»
Order was tung up wrong, forgot item.
Food took forever to receive then was cold. Chicken was rubbery. The crunch wrap was stale wrap.

All I can say is DISGUSTING!
My soft chicken taco was dripping juices & my daughter’s quesadilla didn’t even have cheese in one of the triangles & it was hard.
Never going back.

I would not even mark this as a 1 star but nothing else to give it. It was freezing cold, dirty and took over 5+ minutes to receive our order. To make matters even worse, the taco I ordered only had ½−¾ of a teaspoon of chicken on it & enough sour cream for 2 or 3 tacos. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This was Taco Bell has horrible service and horrible food. the bathrooms were a mess. you floors sticky. my worst Taco Bell Experience ever. the Taco Bell franchise deserves better.
