Great coffee and if you bring your own cup the house coffee is only a dollar! I haven’t tried the baked goods yet but they look very good.

We were on a lovely drive down River Rd and stopped here for a little refresher today around 2pm. Parked and went in and saw a very cool looking cabinet with a help yourself collection of yummies. We went for the last two slices of pesto, onion pizza and a mocha. The guy there was very very friendly, inviting and offered to put the pizza in the fire oven if we needed it or said the microwave was available to warm it up. Because he was so nice, we chose the easiest for all of us and so we could move on and he could help other customers, we chose the microwave. Again, friendly, inviting and just a cool guy overall. OMG! The pizza was phenomenal and the mocha was perfect! We forgot the get your name, but thank you for making this stop great! Definitely stop here again next time!

Bottom line up front: coffee is pretty good, great tea, baked goods are outstanding. Atmosphere is relaxed, and plenty of seating outside on the patio. Look for classic pastries such as bear claws, danishes, and those funny little almond croissants. Also, savory pastries such as pesto-turkey and slices of pizza. On a budget? Look for the half priced day olds(my usual deal when going out diving). If you are into baked goods, this is an awesome way station en route to the coast. You won’t be disappointed. Unless the bakers did not come in that morning; happened to me once:(

We stumbled into this bakery between Jenner and Santa Rosa on a cold, rainy Sunday morning. The apple-pecan sticky bun was ridiculous and the pesto-turkey croissant was really satisfying. The coffee was also great. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m up along the Sonoma Coast.

We stopped in here for a quick bite to eat — the service was great and we loved the pizza! They’ve got a cozy atmosphere here and a great chai.

I came here last year for the first time and liked this place, even though I didn’t find it amazing. This time, however, was in fact an amazing experience. We walked in to some really nice music playing, and noticed that they were sold out of a lot of their pastries. We didn’t mind since it was fairly late in the afternoon(almost 3) but ended up getting the peach scone. My dad got coffee, my mom got tea, and I got the smoothie. The guy behind the counter was super friendly, patient, and let us ask obvious silly questions. We went outside since it was warm, and the patio was just as I remembered, super pretty with lots of flowers. The scone was delicious, peachy, sugary, and not super dense like a lot of scones are. I was enjoying my delicious smoothie, and got half down it, then the guy from behind the counter came and filled it up, which caught me off guard because no one ever does that. I forgot to take off the lid and was like«thanks!» So that caused some laughs. Anyway, it was just a really good experience.

Very cool place. Came here for an iced coffee and a cinnamon roll, great vibes, coffee, service and pastries. Very reasonably priced as well. Will come back!

I always stop here, whether its coming from Casini, or somewhere else on the Sonoma Coast. The pastries are always fresh and excellent, and I love their coffee. It’s the only place in the area that serves a good café cubano – the woman with the cool tattoos makes it perfectly.

This place had the best mocha and chocolate chip cookies I have ever had! Hands down. I was there last year 2014. Definitely going back this Sunday.

I stopped here the 1st time with my cousin after camping at Casini down the street. I was excited to see cinnamon rolls-my favorite! I enjoyed one one their cute back patio. I also picked up a ham & swiss croissant for later that day — it was really good with spicy mustard on it. Days later I was driving by and stopped in to repeat my order. Sadly they were out of the ham & swiss so I got a cinnamon roll for later and tried their pesto onion pizza slice. It was pretty good. The clerk said it tasted like funyons — That didn’t really come across. I rarely go out that way but will now stop in every time I do.

This place is fantastic! Everything is delicious. Friendly people. Great vibe. Duncan’s Mills is a fantastic little town and a chai and a cinnamon roll on the Gold Coast patio is perfect. The savory pastries are also tasty, eat those too. And Cuban Coffee. We’ve been coming here for years(we love the River and Duncan’s Mills), my husband’s retirement plan is to work here, making frothy, delicious beverages for all the fascinating, quirky people who happen through this part of the world. Thanks Gold Coast!

Friendly service at a decent price if driving through Duncan Mill’s tiny downtown. I enjoyed the Hot Chocolate and my husband loved the coffee. We split a Cinnamon Roll and it was delicious. They also had a wonderful pastry with berries. I like the wooden deck in the back. I was impressed that my purse was put behind the counter when I forgot it on a chair. Honest staff and honest locals with a nice product.

Their Butterhorn pastry is one of the best pastries I have ever eaten. Cinnamon goodness that melts in your mouth. We split it and it was a perfect amount of indulgence with a morning cup of coffee… yum!!!
We love this place and been going there for years. There coffee is amazing. They make a special coffee drink something like World’s Greatest Coffee. It is really sweet and yummy. A treat for sure though not an everyday kind of coffee. They have a wonderful baker there that bakes up some really extraordinary culinary delights. Some of our favorites are the cheese pinwheels, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal cookies, and the croissants. The scones are also very good. Everything is good. They add coffee ice cubes to your iced coffee drinks so they don’t get watered down. Even the decaf iced coffee has decaf ice cubes. The coffee is sooooo yummy. Friendly feel, friendly staff and generally happy people frequent this place out in the Russian River area. You can sit inside, out back on the patio where a local cat lives and hangs out or sit on one of the chairs out front and watch people coming and going. It’s very relaxing. They have a day old bin that sometimes if filled with an assortment of wonderful items from savory to sweet. There isn’t always day old stuff so best not to plan on it but enjoy it for the gift it is when you are fortunate enough to be there on one of those days. This is a great place to go to relax, have a nice treat or lunch, even an easy quick dinner but they close at 6. We love this place and so do the locals.

A very nice café in the middle of nowhere with a typical Bay Area feel. Mo-Lo-So, or is it So-Lo-Mo(a Silicon Valley sitcom reference of course). Anyway, an unexpected comfort of a typical Bay Area organic-local-social coffee place. Good selection of coffee, pastries, juices. Unexpected benefit is, that it is located on a road that the Vineman athletes are racing on, so you can see the race, then contemplate how hard the race is and then go and have a nice juice inside. Yes, I love sport, I could watch it for hours :)
