— didn’t ask about areas of desired focus like most places I’ve been to.
— located inside of a beauty parlor with no outside markings of massage parlor name

I haven’t even received a massage yet, and nor will I, they have made it impossible to book an appointment, and they are rude when I do actually get through the line. How can a business keep offering groupons and living social deals when they can’t even fit current deals they have sold into there schedules! Don’t waste you time or money here!

I brought a coupon from groupon for a 80 minute 4 handed massage. I had paid $ 55 for that. My appointment was moved 3 times. When I went there, they just offered me a 30 minute 2 handed massage and asked me to buy their coupon for another session.
The place is dirty and the staff is very rude and they have inexperienced massage therapists. I hate that place and it was the worst experience ever.

TERRIBLE PLACE. I had an appointment for a couple’s massage through Groupon. Since I wasn’t from the area, I made an appointment 3 months in advance. The day before the appointment they tried to cancel on me and reschedule for the following day. I told them I was flying in from out of town and would not be available unless it was early in the morning. They then arranged us to come in at a later hour the same day as the original appointment. We arrived an hour before the appointment, knocked on the door outside, rang the doorbell, called the office, and waited in the car for an hour and a half before finally leaving. Noone ever showed up or called us to say they weren’t coming. We did not get any follow-​up or apology. Worst experience I’ve ever had. The area was terrible. The dentist’s office next door has to post a sign on the outside saying that they didn’t keep any narcotics/​money in the office. People of all sorts were walking on the street and parking lot and I didn’t feel safe even with the police patrolling the area.
I can’t believe they’re allowed to do business at all.

Excellent. You would be very surprised by the address and the area that this hidden jewel is here. I was at first hesitant because I thought there would be a catch to such a fantastic deal, getting an hour massage, facial and foot massage for 40 bucks but after getting one of the best massages Ive had in years the massage therapist offered me the same deal for 40 for a future visit. 1^st. Don’t let the area fool you. Once you are buzzed in you will walk up a flight of stair and be led down a hall way to a charming elegantly decorated area that is very personal. I was greeted instantly and led to a room where I was serenaded with calming music. After getting the table, the therapist (I forget her name but she was great) was very professional and in such a pleasant way told me my back was screwed up and that I needed to stretch more and than strectch some more before working out. After having a few laughs she massage my back and knocked a lot of kinks out of my shoulders and lower back. The massage felt like it was over an hour after doing my face and feet. Afterward, I got a chance to meet the hour who was very friendly and personable. I told him I was somewhat hesitant about coming because of a previous Unilocal post and he informed me that employee was let go because of her unprofessional ways. This place indeed is a hidden jewel and worth the try.

So far, not so good. They canceled my appointment once and now won’t return phone calls. When I did finally get someone to answer the phone, she was rude and couldn’t schedule me until over a month from now.
I haven’t been in for the actual massage yet, but I’m definitely hesitant. Maybe they’ll be better in person, although I can guarantee I won’t be going back — simply based on my experience up to this point. (I’ll use the voucher I purchased to go there, then be done with that place!)
