JZ Embroidery

I was recommended this place by a friend and I must say that I was not disappointed. I get a lot of personalized gifts made but the owner had some great ideas and my order turned out beautiful. They said they would deliver in 4 days but called me in two days saying that my order was ready for pick up. They are a family owned business with very friendly people. Will definitely recommend this place.

I dropped off my graduation stole on a Saturday and they told me it would be ready by Friday. I stopped by Thursday just to see if maybe it would be ready he said no which I was okay with. I go the following day and he said he has bad news that he couldn’t find my stole. I told him I gave it to him in a yellow envelope, he finds said it’ll take 15 minutes. I get home and some of the letter were backgrounds. Very disappointed. I didn’t have time to take it back but I will never go back again. It’s also over priced.

It’s the only embroidery area I was able to find in the area. They do a pretty great job and have super reasonable rates. This store might be tricky to find since it’s folded inside this weird division store called JZ Embroidery.

Now that I’m back from our honeymoon I can finally write a review for JZ Embroidery. I took my wedding favors to get embroidered there. My reception was a Pool Party, so my favors were beach towels.
Abbas helped me to finalize the wording and layout. He was very easy to work with during the whole process, not overbearingly opinionated like I’ve experienced at other similar businesses in the past. I was there, the bride-​to-​be, by myself making the decisions. Abbas was so patient with my wedding planning scrambled brain. I swear I must’ve changed my mind probably five times before I finally drove away.
I needed them done quickly, of course. Abbas gave me a great deal AND guaranteed they’d be done in plenty of time for my big day.
Not only were they absolutely perfect, (exactly like the printout he’d shown me beforehand!) but they were done three days early! They turned out so beautiful. Thank you JZ Embroidery!

They offer monograms and fonts far ahead those you see on a regular basis. Exactly 100’s of choices. It’s unbelievable the design work They can do. I was able to pick the monogram method, thread colors, and add a custom design for a baby gift for a friend. Prices are excellent and They guarantee’s There work. super friendly and easy to work with. You can drop off your items, towels, robes, t-​shirts, backpacks, hats, etc and leave them with There or soon you’ll be able to buy a quality of items from her online store. You can either choose designs and monograms from her website leading of time or talk with her about anything particular that you have in mind. They do excellent work. I highly recommend them.

I visit this store ever so often and have had nothing but fanatical service. Today I decided to write a review for them and noticed the negative review above. All I can say to this is that sometimes things go wrong and the fact that she mentioned that they ‘fixed’ it for her proves that they want their customers to be happy. I always get personalized gifts done from this store. The owner’s son Ali has helped me customize initials on bags, socks, scarves and so much more that I use to give as gifts. Their prices are reasonable as well! They also offer a 10% discount on your purchase for liking their page on facebook! I think that was a pretty sweet deal!
One thing I like about the place is that it is a family owned business with very friendly people. They always customize my embroidery according to my needs unlike other «chain-​businesses» that have a set way of ordering! Over all I am a happy customer and will definitely keep doing business with them.

Today I left their store utterly frustrated and unhappy. I decided to use their services to embroider some Victoria secret robes I purchased as gifts for my bridal party. I thought my request was pretty simple, 3 robes. One monogram for my bridal robe and two bridal party robes with their names and title. I having a destination wedding so my bridal party consist of only two people. My robe and my matron of honor robe turned out fine but my 3^rd robe for my bridesmaid did not. Their business is family operated and very unorganized. On my initial order I spelled and wrote everything out as it should appear on the robes. When I went to pick up the robes the first time they were not ready as promised. I returned only to find the robe that should read bridesmaid said «Bride’s Maid» on two separate lines !!! I expressed my concern and he told me initially they couldn’t fix it. The robes were no longer available from Victoria’s Secret!!! The owners son said he could take it off and try to redo, which he did, however the old embroidery left an imprint. Im so unhappy with them I had to leave a review. I hope if anyone uses them they purchase extra incase they mess up their items. Will NEVER use them again !!!
