Scam service do not use this company they are not local company. is no locksmith at this address at all. i was looking for locksmith in duncanville to buy some locks and looking out at this location and there is no locksmith at all.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. For starters, they say their address is Duncanville, but it took them over an hour to get someone to the Duncanville Costco. Secondly, I was quoted, over the phone, a price of $ 29 plus a (roughly) $ 30 fee «plus a little more, just depending». When the locksmith arrived — his name was Samuel — I paid with my card since I didn’t have cash, and after he left (without giving me a receipt — my stupid, trusting fault to forget to ask) — I checked my bank account and they charged me $ 215!!! When I tried to call Samuel and demand that he bring back my receipt, he evaded and said he was on his way somewhere else. When I said fine, I will meet you there, he said he didn’t know where he was going. Then I called the company, and they said that I would have to wait to call customer service in the morning, and gave me a number. When I called the number, it went to what sounded like a cell phone voicemail with no company message. MY husband and I called them separately & together and we were hung up on at least 7 times. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! I am disputing the charges and I have requested a new credit card. I am going to look into legal action as well so that other people aren’t defrauded.
