I am in love with this place. It Is home away from home, very new, clean and cozy. Is extremely well located by Four Graces winery, you literally can walk from the B&Bs to the winery. I stayed at the room outside of the house and got a beautiful sunrise from my window. At 7 am home made delicious muffing and coffee were at the table, Breakfast is ready at 9 am. Brigitte and Clark are the owners, and they are very helpful to direct us were to go. I will highly recommend for couples and small groups.

This place has only been open since April & is a newly constructed log cabin style home. This place is a gem & will get popular once word gets out. The room was gorgeous, decorated elegantly, comfortable and had a nice patio to relax at. The location is super convenient with wineries from Dundee & Newberg nearby as well as fine dining. They provide complimentary winery tasting cards for several wineries to save you some money. Besides the location & it being a gorgeous B&B, this place had the nicest owners whose hospitality completed the package as an ideal place to stay. From the tasty breakfast, to help with dinner restaurant info, to giving driving directions, to placing a complimentary bottle of wine in your room to enjoy. We felt like we were staying with friends because their hospitality was remarkable. I can’t say enough about these people or this property! Just stay here & enjoy the splendor of wine country in a beautiful, luxurious log cabin with extremely pleasant hospitality. We will stay here again when we make it back to the area. Loved it!!!

THESHORTSTORY When traveling, it’s hard to find a place that I find more comfortable and relaxing than being at home… well, I wanted to take home the bed, the towels, the tub, and the hospitality from the Franziska Haus Bed and Breakfast! A truly luxurious retreat, and the perfect place to recover after the amazing Fueled By Fine Wine ½ Marathon!!! THELONGSTORY I cannot say enough great stuff about my stay at Franziska Haus during the Fueled by Fine Wine Half Marathon weekend! Fanziska Haus is beautiful and quiet; the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the towels were absolutely luxurious. I cannot tell you how great my body felt after soaking in that tub and sleeping in that bed after tackling 13.1 miles of Dundee Hills on foot. However, what’s even more impressive about this beautiful BnB is the hospitality! Brigette and Clark are the most wonderful hosts. It’s the little things. On the morning of the ½ marathon I had to leave before breakfast would be served-Brigitte left a beautiful arrangement for me to make oatmeal, including all the goodies like brown sugar, cranberries, walnuts, and milk… but what really got me was the handwritten note wishing me good luck on my run! So sweet! And to top it off, she even sent a text later in the day to check in with me to see if I was alive… I had mentioned that I like to stay at BnBs when I travel alone because at a BnB someone would be bound to notice if I went missing… well, I was MIA for quite a while since the post-run-wine celebration went way longer than expected. In addition to the accommodations and hospitality, the grounds are absolutely beautiful. There are cherry, hazelnut, and apple trees to sit and relax under; deer that visit to eat apples that have fallen to the ground; hot air balloons can be seen from the living room in the early morning… it’s absolutely lovely. :D I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a perfectly relaxing and comfortable solo getaway, and I cannot wait to return with my husband to enjoy some romantic relaxation. :) Enjoy!
