Red Roof Inn

The staff are super sweet, nice and accommodating however our stay could not compare. 1^st room had bed bugs bad!!! 2^nd room smelled like smoke and roaches!!!

I been using Hotwire for a while and this time with this hotel they lost my respect!
Wanted to be close enough to Legoland because I didn’t want to drive that much to Kissimmee or Orlando area so I just went for it. I was surprised of the price for 2 start + hotel and also to be a Red roof (I stayed in West Palm Beach one but this one had nothing to do) not to make story long if your ever watch movies like «No country for old man» or «Identity «this is definitely the type like hotel… Creepy, Nasty, smell horrible and the pictures talk for them self!
If you staying in Winter Haven or planing to go to Lego Land and not to spend that much money just drive yourself back home or go to Kissimmee! This place is dead inside and out

The service is great, super friendly staff! Except for one smug faced front desk «attendant»
The key for my room also gave me issues, which happens to be common thing here.
The beds where comfortable, I did spray them with Lysol before sleeping in them though (see attached picture of the bathroom)
The place accepts pets, so I was able to travel with my 90lbs lab with no issue. Quite honestly it’s the only reason I stayed here.
Their rates are pretty high for being in the middle of no where, but I scored my tickets on Priceline (thanks Mr. Shatner)
The place as a borderline «this is how a scary move begins «vibe, but «they’re working on that»
Also they sell doughnuts, muffins, and bounce. But only have bounce available. At least you can keep your clothes clean! (I wouldn’t use their washers either) and the water out of the tap is very, hard to drink… Very hard to drink. #silverchair.
Final wrap up, don’t stay here unless you score it for 40 something bucks a night on priceline… If you pay their regular «90 bucks a night «rate you’re a jabronie.
