I’ve been wanting to stop in Crunch for a while and finally had the chance to do so yesterday. It’s a bit difficult to find them, as they are tucked back in the corner of the plaza with«Our Place» restaurant, just next to Rally gas station, on the south side of 580 in Dunedin. I heard about Crunch through the Tampa Bay Babywearing group. When I finally had the chance to go check it out, I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady named Gladis, who was running the store. She was«wearing» her baby and her toddler was playing there also. They are a very family friendly business, as you can see. I was quite surprised to see their inventory is very limited. They had a few baby carriers, including Lenny Lamb and Kokadi, some amber teething necklaces, 3 pieces of «chewelry» and 2 or 3 cloth diapers. I was told they will be getting more inventory as they receive feedback of what their customers are looking for. One thing I really like about Crunch is they are very involved with the local community. They often hold babywearing«learn and play» meetings here and also have an upcoming baby sign language class. They are more than just a store, they are an important part of the babywearing community.
