If there was less than one star these guys would deserve it. Absolutely worst craftsmanship I have ever seen on upholstery work. Their Customer Service is horrible. Took my truck to them a few weeks ago to have a small panel on both seats repaired and then re-​padded. Stitches were very crooked, not straight at all. They used old couch fabric and padding to supposedly «re-​pad» both seats. Not only were stitches crooked and used material used in repair, they broke drivers side lumbar support adjuster when they removed seat back and tried to say it was already broken when I brought it in to them. I have a bad disc in my lower back and use the adjuster all the time. It was not broken. I had to take passenger seat back adjuster apart myself and fix it after they reassembled it wrong and you couldn’t even sit in the seat because the back was leaned so far forward. Again they claimed «it was like that». On top of everything else, they invited me into their work room to «show me what was wrong» with my drivers seat after THEY screwed it up, and after getting nowhere I just told them to put it back in the truck and I would leave and not be back. They then immediately told me they were going to call the police if I didn’t get out of their work area, when they were the ones who told me to come in there in the first place! I have been in and around the automotive industry for years and have NEVER seen this kind of crap work and unprofessionalism. DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!
