The walls are the original walls, sanded and painted, the ceilings were scrapped and re-​pop-​corned, the cabinets — they only put new door and drawer fronts on the ones in the kitchen and they were hung so poorly the doors are falling off the frames. The so called «wood flooring» is glued down laminate that was not put down incorrectly, there are air bubbles everywhere because the glue wasn’t allowed to cure. If you are going to remodel and raise the rent by $ 500 a month you should keep your word on the quality of the remodeling you said you were going to do, the fact is if you paint a turd it is still a turd. Don’t move here it’s not worth what they are charging.
