Incredible, authentic tacos. We drive 30 minutes for these tacos and it’s worth the trip every time.

Nothing really to add but they have never failed me and deserve the illustrious fifth star!

This place was horrible, it was barely busy and it took 40 minutes to make 3 tacos. Then the order comes out wrong, the waitress says she will remake them and left the wrong tacos on the table. I ate them and she brings the bill, as I was ready to leave she brings me a to go bag with the correct tacos. She them proceeds to tell me I need to pay for the tacos they remade since I ate the first ones that were their mistake. It was unreal, I will never go back here again.

This my second review and two years later, they are better than ever. Incredible taste & value — especially the tacos. They are a bit better known now than before but that had not affected quality one bit. They recently improved the restaurant too so business must be good– as it should be! They’re wonderful & friendly too.

We are huge Mexican fans and feel it’s all about the salsa. That was a little lacking here. It was tasty but the authentic and very watery kind. Nothing to write home about. The queso was white cheese and good. You can’t really go wrong on queso! The carnitas burrito was huge and quite good. I ended up sharing that with both kids! Overall no complaints but just weren’t blown away. It was Cinco De Mayo and I was wanting a margarita. Unfortunately the only option was bottled beer. They do have a little Mexican market inside and you can purchase almost anything. Oh and the staff were very friendly.

$ 1 tacos were definitely worth the visit and hit the spot. After having expensive bland tacos in Cleveland we needed a quick taco fix. Chips were fresh and guacamole was large in size. Thus place is really more 3.5 stars. Lacked service but everything for the most part was good.

We ordered fujita combination. Good quality of food. Large plate with plenty of shrimps.

Very authentic. Everyone was happy with what they got. We are all now in a food coma and need a nap!

This place is ridiculous! Very friendly staff and the food is INCREDIBLE! I ordered 3 pork tacos with rice and beans and a tamale. I was stuffed but just had to order one more tamale! 10 bucks for the entire bill and believe me these were not skimpy tacos or tamales!

We love this place! We have come two times now for dollar taco days (Wednesday) and have ordered both steak and chicken tacos. The steak tacos are a little more flavorful than most authentic steak tacos we have had around the country. This time, we also tried the Chorizo gorditas and they were excellent!!! We will be back again and again while we are down here for the winter. After a bad experience at another local «authentic» Mexican place, Los Amigos Dos is a breath of fresh air for these two authentic taco seekers!

On Wednesdays they have dollar tacos and may I say the tacos are delicious. I have yet to try anything else here, but I’m sure everything they name is just as good as the tacos.

Boyfriend picked up food here so I don’t have a review of the ambiance or service, just the food: Damned good. Now, you’re going to pay for this good food, it’s not Taco Bell, but it’s worth the pennies. We each got a chicken burrito, some chips and guac and 1 can soda for him. It was just shy of $ 25. The burritos were HUGE and I probably won’t eat dinner tonight, lol. Very, very, good. And the waitress made us some fresh guac real quick because they were out… sooo delicious!

One of the best chicken burritos I’ve ever had. Also, asked for guacamole, and my server made some up fresh for me. It, too, was fantastic.
Chips were OK, but the guac and burrito were A+!

This place was SO good! The people that complained probably complain about TINY crap wherever they go. Their issues should not be good enough to keep you from experiencing this place! My coworker from Mexico says this is the most authentic he’s tasted while being here. I’m with him. I ordered a shrimp burrito and the thing was huge and stuffed full of delicious FRESH shrimp! My coworkers and I are now making it a weekly tradition to eat here.

This restaurant is located inside of a small grocery store. Have only come here for the food and it is well worth it. We usually come on Wednesday which is $ 1 taco night including chicken or steak. The tacos are smaller than normal but they aren’t cheap with the meat. We have also had the sopes, gorditas, tortas and tamales and all are equally good. I really like the chorizo as it is full of flavor but they drain much of the grease out so it doesn’t end up all over you. The hot sauces aren’t the best I’ve had but they get the job done.

The food was just okay. First bite of chicken taco and there was a bone. The prices are great but quality is not there. It was also extremely hot in there and I left sweating. Just not a great lunch experience.

I really want to give this place 4 stars, but it’s just not there — close, but not yet.
For me they are closer to authentic Mexican than most, and their burritos are tasty and flavorful
It’s the atmosphere that takes that 4^th star away — but don’t let that scare you from trying their delicious food.
Beverages are bottled, tacos are good and burritos are authentic.
It definitely deserves a few return visits to try more of the menu

Tacos! The right way and very inexpensive. Hand made tortillas, fresh meat, onions and cilantro. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
If you’re looking for fancy, expensive «Mexican» food or something that even remotely resembles taco bell this is not your place. Los Amigos is authentic in every way.

Legit tacos! And crazy affordable, Wednesday’s they have steak and chicken $ 1.00 tacos.
Anybody complaining about the size doesn’t know what real tacos are, anything bigger than 3 – 4 bites is a burrito. They have a bunch of different kinds, I had barbacoa, steak, and chorizo. I think my favorite would have to be the steak or barbacoa.
There is also a Mexican market, if you want to have a homemade Mexican dinner.

Not impressed with this place at all! BOOOOOO! Thumbs Down. I saw some really good looking meals coming out of the kitchen and being served. Looks like they even make fresh corn tortillas here, but unfortunately, I didn’t order any those things. I ordered a Cuban Torta .
First thing that was wrong… I get home, open it, and it’s F&@”&! burnt, and I mean charcoal black on the top!!! This is what u send home with people and think it’s ok? !!! The answer to that is NO. If this place wasn’t more than 15 minutes away, I would have driven back and returned this straight up GARBAGE!
Second, too much meat for me. That is my fault because I ordered that in particular sandwich and knew it would be a lot, but what I didn’t expect was the meats to be Tough like a shoe and unseasoned. It tasted like the grill and oil. The pork part of it was a tough ham steak too. Disappointing. I was expecting shredded pork. Not a breakfast ham steak that you serve with eggs In the morning. The spiciness of the sandwich was the only good part which came from the jalapeños.
I WILL NEVER BE BACK. There are plenty of other Mexican places that I’ve been to lately that I love, and take pride in the food they serve to their customers. If you are willing to give me this sandwich who knows what other careless things go on in your kitchen. Do you care about, and respect your customers? This sandwich tells me NO.
