Professionalism at its finest. I called 3 companies for a quote. I did not go with PCS unfortunately and paid the price. The company I went with offered to clean my floors for .30 cents a square-​a military discount-​and I absolutely could not say no to that deal. Well, that company also stood me up, canceling by text message at 9pm the night before.
Marvin and his lovely daughter came to my home to give me a quote. I really enjoyed visiting with them and wish I had worked out the numbers to find a price that I could afford and that they could work with. But I had no idea on move out day I would be stuck on my hands and knees scrubbing my floors nauseous with a migraine. I have absolutely no doubt, Marvin would have been there for me and Marvin would have worked with me on the price. He was very professional when I called to say I had gone with another company. Marvin is also a true networker! I am too. I have a phone packed full of contacts for when I need something done, but I can assure you, if I need to know of a company/​referral in the future, Marvin is my man! I definitely recommend you call them and if you want to know what company was so unprofessional to cancel by text message, apparently it’s a pattern standing people up, you can read my other review for SBS.
