What, what? Subway is my fast food go to and I stopped by to grab a few subs for the beach, what a disaster. I love Subway and rely on them to make up part of my out of home eating experience, I have eaten in them literally all over. This Subway is disquesting. The server was insolent and I guess making my sandwiches wasn’t part of the plan for the day. All of the proteins and veggies just looked sad and old, I don’t know why I didn’ quit right then. It took me 30 minutes to get 2 non-toasted hoagies. I had to fight for every ingredient that was put on the sandwiched, including the mustard. I don’t think I will be returning to this particular Subway store. After a few bites, neither of us wanted to finish our sandwiches, what a waste. What’s a girl to do? My regular subway is always good, stick to the store I know and rely on.

I’ve stopped going here. They are always chincy on the veggies(I always have to tell them twice for each veggie that I want more) and heavy on the condiments(even when I ask for«only a little»). I’ve had people spit when they talk while making my sandwich — at which point I told them nevermind and left. They’ve never been outright rude to me but they just pretty much don’t seem to care. Go to the publix across the street and get fresh subs that are better tasting with better service.

A sign on the door greets you as you enter«Restrooms for customer use only» I felt like I had to order first before using the restroom as the staff was not very friendly and no one even greeted me as entered. I ordered the 6″ ham sub which I normally order 2 – 3 times a week at other Subways in the area, they charged me $ 4 which is 50 cents higher than other area Subways. I won’t ever be back to this location again

I have enjoyed eating at Subway establishments all across the country for many years. This Subway is horrible. The owner will not accept coupons. Today I asked for two $ 2.00 subs and when I got to the check out with the owner he informed me that one was $ 5.00 instead of $ 2.00! The staff is generally rude, do not pay attention to your order. They are always skimpy with the ingredients of your sub compared to other Subways. Today my roast beef had one piece of roast beef on it! I live in the neighborhood and I keep hoping they improve and they only get worse! Can’t corporate do anything about them? The owner just does not know how to treat people and does not train his staff in common every day manners. Even though the location is great, if I were you I would find some place else to eat.

The ownership at this Subway is abysmal! After our latest experience, we will no longer be returning, as I have been treated poorly multiple times by the owner of the shop. The first time, my fiancé and I had a coupon for a «buy one get one free» 6 inch combo. The owner didn’t want us to use it, and insisted that it was cheaper to do it another way. He then proceeded to ring up each of our items separately(instead of as a combo), and it cost us MORE money(upon checking our receipt). Not good. The latest incident involved us receiving an incorrect order. Ok, understandable… it happens. We walked out of the shop with someone else’s sandwich and headed to the beach. When we opened it up, we realized the mistake, and then on our way off the beach we headed back in to the Subway to get our money back(the sandwich was nothing that we would normally eat, otherwise we might have just made do). The owner insisted that he tried to catch us out in the parking lot before we left… and then tried to give us our sandwich. At this point, lunch time had long gone, and we just wanted our money back, which we explained to him. He shook his head at us and pointed at the sandwich, saying«here’s your sandwich!» We told him that we didn’t want it now, we just wanted a refund. He outright refused to refund us at this point and told us to eat our sandwich for dinner that night. He then tried to guilt us into just taking the sandwich by saying he’d pay us out of his own pocket; he handed us $ 5(the sandwich cost $ 6.79). At that point, we were so frustrated that we took the money and the sandwich… and then left. We will not be back again.
