Hooray, a real local business that understands customers!
We were looking at selling a diamond and gold ring, and Ernie at the East Lake store was very helpful. He patiently explained what we had, gave estimates on their value, and even cleaned the piece so that it could be better presented.
This is in high contrast to some other local storefronts, where lowball figures were spat at us with no interest in our goals or motivations.
The Jewelry Workshop has gained loyal customers forever, with their kindness and patient customer service clearly considered as important as the daily sales figures.
