These people are fantastic great customer service
After a horrible experience at the Fredonia Post Office these people were more than satisfying when it came to customer service they literally took my packages and said that they would do the rest they really are there for the customers and make your experience very easy I will never use the post office to send packages again especially the Fredonia Post Office the ladies there were so rude

Went to Box Monkey to send the 13 bottles of grape juice I bought in Canada back to Arizona. They were reasonably priced and got the package to us on time with nothing broken. Awesome!

If you’re looking to ship packages, stop by Box Monkey. They are a relatively small location, but provide full service including packaging your shipping items to size. We had to ship three boxes — two we packed and one packed by them. Not only were they helpful and friendly, but also provided great guidance on the best way to ship. There is plenty of parking in the small strip mall where they are located. They have a packaging materials to purchase but I would use their expertise to pack everything just to make it easier. I’ll post a follow-​up when my packages arrive.
