You know what I love? Being sick and having to go through a computer to check in. Bonus for telling me my same day appointment was at 11:30 but when I get to the office the appointment is on the record for noon. Additionally we are always getting bills for things we have paid weeks prior. This practice feels disorganized and ill-​managed. I don’t feel like I’m treating my illneses as much as I am dealung with the business of going to the doctor. I can even feel the stress in my PCP when I ask her to do things outside my appointment, like fill out medical paperwork. «How am I going to bill my time.» I need more doctor, less practice.
