Copy Boy Instant Printing

Copy Boy use to have two locations — Dunkirk and Fredonia and they were run by basically the same people. However, the convienance of two locations is history and now the only Copy Boy in Northern Chautauqua County is in Dunkirk! Does this make a difference to me — YES — I seldom have the need to go into Dunkirk so now if I want to do business with Copy Boy I am making a special trip and unless I want to travel into Fredonia — that trip is for Copy Boy only. This isn’t probably going to work out well for me and there are a few reasons!
First of all — the good part — Kevin was the person who always took care of my printing needs and managed to get the Student Training Manuals printed and delivered to any of the locations I train in throughout North America! Once we got through the first job — he knew exactly what I needed and was able to make any needed changes without a hitch! He is an incredible asset to the company and I wish him much success! The other good part about the new location is parking — there will be plenty of it and it’s free!
Now for the not to good parts — in addition to what I’ve already said about the location, the printing itself is not as good as I’ve seen elsewhere. Maybe it’s because I haven’t asked for something better, but I was trying to save where I could and perhaps I saved a bit too much. I’m not sure, but seeing some examples might have helped.
The entire staff doesn’t seem as knowledgeable as Kevin and when he isn’t there — I wasn’t comfortable leaving instructions with anyone else. The place always appeared to be a bit disorganized too!
Overall — it’s a solid three stars — loosing out to my 5 star because location and time savings are huge for me!
