Starting a trip South with a stop here for a coffee. 0 degrees out, used the drive thru here. No issues with the drive thru or coffee. But the parking lot has very deep potholes and going slow is a must here. Next to Tim Hortons, the line here was shorter. Not sure what exactly that means? TH is slower? Or better? Anyway, Im a DD fan, but not a fan of their parking and driving area. That’s where the«Ive experienced better» comes into the picture.

Great DD food per usual, dicey service. It was super service one day and horrible the next. It’s a hit and miss but I gotta have the coffee

I’m from Southern California, and most of our donuts(besides those from Krispy Kreme) are generally covered in fattening, glazed sugar, that is so thick it’s oftentimes wet and sloppy. This is certainly not the case for Dunkin’ Donuts of Dunkirk! Prior to my strawberry sprinkle donut, I ordered a Turkey and Cheese Flatbread sandwich and was completely satisfied with that and my sweetened tea. The sandwich was neat and had just the right amount of every ingredient prepared. The tea was a little sweet, but refreshing, and as for the donut, a perfectly created cake with just enough pink strawberry frosting, and sprinkles that stay-put. I only wish that there was a location in Southern California that I could visit!
