Dunkirk Vision

Overall great experience. Dr. Susel was extremely thorough. This is my 3^rd eye doctor in the area to date, and by far Dunkirk Vision has been the best and I will be sticking with them. I recommend their practice to anyone in the area looking for an eye doctor.

I found Dunkirk Vision to be a great blend of professionalism and friendliness. The entire staff was polite and helpful. The Dr. was extremely knowledgeable and did a very thorough eye exam. He explained what the different tests were checking in my eyes. He took his time with the exam and I did not feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend Dunkirk Vision to anyone looking for a great experience at their next eye exam.

Always such a great experience here! I was going to run out of my contacts before my appointment and they gave me several weeks of them free of charge to hold me over. They are so nice and understanding! Definitely best eye doctor around!

I have been to a lot of eye dr offices and this one is my new favorite. I love a smaller store and a personal place. I don’t want to feel like just another number.

I needed an eye exam and, new to the area, walked into Dunkirk Vision without any expectations. It’s a small, cozy shop with a decent variety of available frames and quick assistance. I made an exam appointment with Dr. Susel and returned two days later. She was very warm and professional. I had a full workup completed including a retina print (needed as I am type 2 diabetic) and without pressure, her assistants guided me through lens and frame selections for my newly updated bifocal prescription. I am very happy with the results. I did compare their pricing to other shops and I am returning to them to order my eyeglasses as the pricing was comparable to all the alternates I considered.
Thanks to an insurance company mistake there was a bobble in the billing but Dr. Susel took ownership of the issue and made sure I wasn’t charged for the difficulty even though her office didn’t receive the entire payment she would have normally expected. Not many eye professionals would have made sure I wasn’t inconvenienced to the extent she did, and she has earned my loyalty and repeat patronage.
